The room was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful and kind.

Good gym Restaurant didn’t look cosy. Set up as a sports bar. Ok but not cosy for a solo trip

We had a couple of issues that we felt should have been handled with some sort of reduction in our bill. Our room was not cleaned on the first day. Management insisted we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but we did not. It was an error, which happens, but there was no compensation. That same night there was no hot water during a shower. The next morning, water was only lukewarm. After that, hot water was fine. We were on third floor. Lots of staff who are customer-focused (as opposed to management). Nice coffee service. For some reason, found the room to have high humidity. Be prepared for load highway noise on one side of building when trying to sleep.

This place was worth every dollar the staff great the rooms updated and spotless and the restaurant bar was great food even and the pictures online match place exact and the security area around hotel top notch if you have kids you will feel you and them are safe

We did not get Housekeeping after our first night. No one could tell me why. Room was available to be cleaned.

On top of everything my suite was towards the side of highway and had significant noise of traffic. Couldnt sleep at night.

My stay was very pleasant and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had thought that the breakfast was included in the price, but it was not.
