Holiday Inn St. Louis - Creve Coeur by IHG

The restaurant wasn’t open after breakfast therefore you couldn’t sit on patio enjoy the weather.

I gave this a five star earlier because I over looked the dirty washcloth that they left hanging in the shower but I’m not sure if our sheets were soured or just dirty but they smelled awful along with our pillows. The room seem somewhat clean but the bedding definitely needs attention.

My bed was fine but out of 4 of the 6 towels I checked looking for a clean hand and body towel, 4 had hair. Lots of it and very noticeable it was disgusting. I was only there for 1 night and needed to sleep and shower so I found this quite a disappointment.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and quiet!

Our room was clean and very nice. I loved the fact that the hotel was in a back corner. Felt more private and safer. My only concern was with the elevators. They would make a noise going up and down and would move at such a slow speed I really thought we was going to stuck on them. They really need someone to look at them. Other than that the stay was good. I'll definitely book again with this location.

As a I solo female traveler safety is paramount. This location delivered! the room was spacious and I slept like a baby.

2nd time staying here. Quiet and beautiful area!

We had a couple of issues that we felt should have been handled with some sort of reduction in our bill. Our room was not cleaned on the first day. Management insisted we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, but we did not. It was an error, which happens, but there was no compensation. That same night there was no hot water during a shower. The next morning, water was only lukewarm. After that, hot water was fine. We were on third floor. Lots of staff who are customer-focused (as opposed to management). Nice coffee service. For some reason, found the room to have high humidity. Be prepared for load highway noise on one side of building when trying to sleep.

This place was worth every dollar the staff great the rooms updated and spotless and the restaurant bar was great food even and the pictures online match place exact and the security area around hotel top notch if you have kids you will feel you and them are safe

We did not get Housekeeping after our first night. No one could tell me why. Room was available to be cleaned.
