Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Forest Park

Decent for the price but wasnt top tier

I called around 12 PM requesting two extra blankets for my bed. After waiting 30 minutes with no delivery, I called again. Another 30 minutes passed and still nothing. At that point, I had no choice but to go downstairs to the front desk myself. A staff member finally provided the blankets, but by then it was already past 1 AM. This whole process significantly disrupted my sleep. If they had told me upfront that I needed to pick them up myself, I could have done so much earlier and gone to bed sooner. I hope the hotel improves its evening response time for simple requests like this.

The staff was most hospitable. The rooms are very clean, and were organized. I highly recommend this hotel for inexpensive stay, location, and amenities

Felt very welcomed, pool had too much chlorine tho other than that it was great definitely coming back! breakfast was yum HOT TUB greattttt! definitely book your stay

They clearly run a tight ship, everything was clean and I always saw someone cleaning. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Everyone I came across was in a nice mood and it was contagious! Thank you!

I was upgraded to a suite and the room was amazing! I loved the additional space. The room was very clean. The bed was a little more firm than I prefer, but I slept okay. Nice hotel and very nice customer service.

Overpriced for quality of service and cleanliness

Pool was perfect- chlorine seemed high but kids had a blast! Breakfast and dinner were great something for everyone but that chicken pasta was amazing! Staff working hard keeping things wiped down and offering to clear tables! No complaints at all! I love Drury locations!

Food wasn’t bad and drink service okay. Booked a king for the family vacation and they only had 2 full size beds.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and evening food and drinks made it a good deal. The location was awesome for everything we wanted to do.

Staff was very nice and patient and hard working at the breakfast and happy hour. Has a garage for parking which is nice. Great facility. No issues

The stay included an evening meal and 3 free alcohol drinks which was so good and the hot breakfast was a full on buffet with sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, waffles, breads, cereal, yogurt, fruit ect so good. Very safe front door is locked at 10, only can get in with room key or outside phone. Free parking. Family’s with kids will save money for the food alone. I’m a fan of this hotel now.

Great place to stay in St. Louis. We stayed close to the zoo and it was just fine. Easy to get downtown as well

Breakfast was delicious

I was there for three nights. The room was spacious and clean, and felt up-to-date, as did the rest of the property. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but when I did, they were perfectly pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The room we were in was very loud. The pipes in the wall was running and making a loud noise all night.

Proximity to freeway. Easy check in process, friendly staff, large room, very comfy bed and nice shower with great water pressure!
