Room was not that clean.

Nothing. There were roaches in the room and it smelled. There were a lot of people hanging around outside and many people just sitting in their cars. It felt very unsafe. The rooms have no microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hot water or anything to make it tolerable. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Had reservation for accessible room for two weeks prior. When arrived, rug by bed soaking wet. Toilet leaking, shower drain completely plugged so that water ran into bedroom. When I called, said full, so no help in room change. Maintenance brought old towels to lay over rug, which was glued to floor, offered to pull toilet (no thanks-in the middle of the night!) and wrapped towels around toilet. No shower possible. Expect to see refund for this night of misery (with health risks) on my credit card, but not holding my breath. If it is on statement, will refuse to pay. People were nice, not employees' fault. Owner needs butt kicked for very poor maintenance and allowing room to be rented...to disabled, no less! Damage on bottom of bathroom door, floor and wall meant leaking had been going on for some time.

The front desk staff are very very polite and the girls that work in there will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable! Thanks girls

Room 127 the bathroom was flooded they don't fix the water outlet, the water goes inside the room, I complain the situation but they just give us towel to prevent the water to come inside the room,we asked to move another room and they want us to transfer to 3rd floor ,we are seniors having knee problems they don't have elevators either, the front desk are so rude.helpless

Bedspread and sheets were stained. Light above sink didn't work

It's a little pricey for what you get. Coffee maker in room didn't work. The price versus what you get

Arrived without reservation they wanted almost triple the price that I paid. Went out to the car and booked on Expedia and saved. Staff was unhelpful and unpleasant. The room was not clean. Trash under the beds and shoddy wall repairs. They also have a sign out front that says PETS STAY FREE. Then change it up to a single pet stays free and after that you pay. Won’t be back unless I have no other option.

Okay for a one night stay.

The room rate was very affordable. It's close to the Hill for dining The carpet in thfe first room I stayed in was dirty. My feet turned black after walking on the rug. The second room they gave me had a bad smell to it. The third room smelled marginally better.

Property and room were satisfactory. It would have been more convenient if there was a coffee pot so we could have used the coffee supplied in the room and a small refrigerator would have been helpful. The entry door showed definite signs of having been broken into previously., which gave us an uncomfortable feeling. Room was clean and everything worked as expected. All in all we would stay again when life calls us back to the St Louis area.

Nothing it was so dirty and disgusting There was mold in the bathroom. Room smelled so bad probably hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly.

They did not have breakfast but say they do the room only had one face towel no toothbrush or toothpaste I would not never come again people hanging all outside trash outside I did not like anything

Paid extra for the premium room and there was nothing premium about it. It was not clean, the bathroom was terrible the door wouldn't even close. Bed clothes were stained and room reeked of smoke
