Holiday Inn Express & Suites Stafford NW - Sugar Land by IHG

When we visit Houston we always stay at this hotel. Have stayed at other hotels in Houston and this one is always the best one! No bacon, wheat bread or butter was found at breakfast this time around so I was a little disappointed. One of the coffee machines was out of regular coffee. The trash cans were full and I didn’t see the ladies walking around helping like last time (being so attentive). The room was clean and I enjoy having hand soap.

Overall are excellent

It was an excellent room for family I stayed two nights with kids and family it was neat and clean

Juan at the front desk for check in was exceptionally welcoming. My room was spotless and although I was worried about the highway noise- it was very quiet. Will stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff is friendly. It was also really close to restaurants, nearby, and things to do. Though a little further outside of Houston, definitely a good place to check out if you’re going to Houston for business or pleasure.

Staff was amazing, perfect location for my business travels. The pool was not working but didn’t plan on using it anyway so it wasn’t an issue for me. I’ll be staying here for sure for my next business trip. One of the cleaner hotels I’ve stayed at.

breakfast was excellent and so was the staff we were on first floor , I like to open curtain in morning , but did not due to lack of privacy and traffic pasting by window.

Location is good Sofa bed had old sheets which we had to clean. It was not delivered to the room, I had to go to the front desk- so pathetic. no bathrobes were kept. Did not see the iron.
