Holiday Inn Express & Suites Stafford NW - Sugar Land by IHG

Room was very clean, beds were both very comfortable. I also enjoyed the free breakfast.

Overall good stay

Morning staff was amazing for breakfast!!! Very clean and organized !!! Friendly staff

Hot breakfast and best fresh cofee

Exceptional

When we first walked in, the room smelled off…almost like dog pee or feet. We were rushing to the baseball game, so we didn’t think much of it. When we came back 6.5 hours later, the smell was still there and the pillows smelled mildewy. We were too exhausted to complain. Other than the odd smells, the stay was okay, but I’m not sure I’d stay again.

Breakfast is also great

A great place to stay

Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. Danielle, Ruby, and Safia were top notch! Professional, kind, helpful, accommodating with awesome personalities. Can't say enough good things about these three front desk employees. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was great. I stayed the night there for an early morning post op visit with my surgeon. While still recuperating, the entire experience was very comfortable and relaxing.

only issue was , pool was out of order, my kids were not able to use it,

Very clean, very friendly, would definitely stay there again. Excellent breakfast, great value.

Air condition was making noise all night shower Handel was lose

Whenever people walk on top of my room, I was in room number 201. You make the squeezy noise like wood is rubbing each other or things like that.

I didn’t eat the breakfast Whenever people walk on top of my room, I was in room number 201. You make the squeezy noise like wood is rubbing each other or things like that.

Bad

We had a large group, and the staff was super helpful and so kind during check in. The lobby was full of good energy with coffee and lemonade, and the breakfast was great. Rooms were super clean as well

It’s all positive experience. Great staff
