The breakfast was delicious, but the replenishment of it needed to be quicker. Also, if it goes 7 am- 10 am there needs to be ample food from 7 am- 10 am.

The room is large and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The parking lot is spacious and well lit. We enjoyed staying here for 4 nights.

The housekeeping staff, maintenance guy, all were very friendly, nice, helpful and professional. The front desk night staff I think his name was Joe went out of his way to help me and my daughter out with charging our electric car that we had no idea as to what we were doing. Extremely nice and professional man. The Curb by the charging station needs to be painted with more red zone covering curb. We ruined our rim due to the red curb zone at night seems to be were the curb ends but it is not, you don't realize hitting unpainted curb until it's too late scrapping your tire rim. We had to pay for our Rim to be repaired. Looking at this curb area we're definitely not the first to scrap rim or hit this curb. The night shift Mexican female not to pleasant, a little attitude for no reason, not sure if this is her normal or if she was just having some bad nights. She would only give 1-roll of toilet paper saying they can only give 1 per room. One night we came in late she had Mexican music blasting in the lobby area as if in a night club. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would stay again also would recommend to friends and family.

The overall stay was great, friendly staff and very nice breakfast set up. Great location close to many great restaurants. Would defiantly stay here again

When we visit Houston we always stay at this hotel. Have stayed at other hotels in Houston and this one is always the best one! No bacon, wheat bread or butter was found at breakfast this time around so I was a little disappointed. One of the coffee machines was out of regular coffee. The trash cans were full and I didn’t see the ladies walking around helping like last time (being so attentive). The room was clean and I enjoy having hand soap.
