I would like to say Eff you all!!! The whole thing was a scam. Who would have thought that a hotel but not open for check in after 7:00 and close on Sunday? After I booked, I found out so I send many messages to ask if I could check in late, not a dame person answered. Both booking.com and the facility were horrible. Being from Asia, i could not call. But no one answered my messages for days until I had to board my flight. I had to book another hotel for the first night and then came over the next day. It was closed too, on Sunday. I called and the lady who answered the phone was super rude. She should not be in the customer service field. Extremely uneducated and rude. Totally unscheduled. Shame on her. I was charged for nothing. Screw you all. I wont ever book this place and will also limit using booking.com from now on.

Rustwater from tub faucet, shower inoperable, something chewed me up look like bedbug bites. I know i won't be back again.

Rooms are nice and clean, very quiet considering how big the hotel is, only thing I don’t like is that you can’t exchange towels and wash cloths. Other than that it’s a good stay

Laura at checkin was very helpful and professional.

The price, until they changed the rate without notice. One of the staff members flat out lied to me about my rate. They advertised one rate and charged another. My room was filled with mold in the bathroom. The mattress was so lumpy and uncomfortable.

Neighbors were very nasty! Roaches crawling in the window, worried about other attendants!!! U have to wash your own linen they don’t give you any after you check in!!!

The property is nice easy-going and is exactly what I was looking for housekeeping is done once a week laundromat works good vending machines don’t work only sometimes they do but the stay other than that was amazing

No breakfast mo dishes or pits & pans to use in kitchnette bed comfortable thats it N9 cooking utencils nor diclshes nor pots or pans for use need3d to cook in kitchenette!! No coffee pot for coffee or hot water for tea even !! Dirty tub tile staines rusted liner !! No plug for a bath either!! Only towel no face towels or 2nd towel fir hair & one for body to dry off no slippery wet floors then !! Fans old for heat or AC

Location. Near restaurants & shopping stores. Customer service reservation line to get in touch & about a refund took a while (months) for a proper resolution.

Location was good. The beds were comfortable. Nice to have a kitchenette. The kitchenette wasn’t stocked with anything such as cooking or eating utensils, nor basics such as salt and pepper. Although there was a roll of toilet paper, once it was gone you had to provide your own. No toiletries provided nor iron, ironing board or hair dryer.
