HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They changed owners and changed me to a different hotel last minute! RUDE STAFF!!! Specifically the lobby girl with curly hair. Extremely unprofessional, I would never book here again!! Giving 1 star because I can’t give them 0

Easy check in and out, place was great and great location next to great restaurants and markets

The best cost effective hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. Staff, amenities, location, cost, the whole 9 was literally everything you could ask for in a cheap hotel. No complaints.

Nothing Trashy smelly

Nothing Staff was unaware of anything i had paid for the room and they refused to accept the booking even when i provided them with the confirmation .. I lost a lot of money on a good faith of Booking.com ,never experienced the same . I then had to move to Holiday inn next door where i paid almost double cause i had no where to go with my family and luggage.

Checking in, we ended up being given 3 different rooms. I had requested a downstairs due to this visit being because I was having surgery. The first two rooms were both upstairs and we kept having to come down to let the guy at the front desk know the room you are trying to give us in upstairs (there is no elevator). Finally got a room downstairs and it was disgusting, it smelled terrible, dirty and there were literally used condoms in the drain of the bathtub. We were going to stay 4 nights but only stayed 1 because I could not go back to that room after my procedure.

the rooms was very comfortable and clean and the staff was super helpful and nice. the only complaint is other residence making a lot of noise like playing music aloud in and out of their rooms and upper floor residents stomping

Clean and easy to approach Internet in room was not working properly. Hot water kettle should be made available

The windows would not lock and that was on the first floor. We had to replace the light bulb in the refrigerator. The shower head was very nasty and the water didn’t flow well. We bought a head because they would not come take a look at it. Called us complainers. They have not to this day refunded our deposit. We were charged $10 for an hour late check out time. Worst place ever.

Pet Friendly There was nothing I didn't like.

Clean room, friendly staff and quiet place.

The location, price, and parking. The front door to my room flew up on one windy night during my stay. I thought it had closed it correctly. Plus my key cards kept deactivating everytime I placed them in the pocket with my cell phone.

Do better Hotels.com! Do better Sonesta Suites!

The location is great! Stores to grab needed things nearby or in walking distance as well as good eateries. Smaller fridge, roaches (I was on the 1st level). When I had a room on the 2nd level I didnt see any roaches.
