I did know that the breakfast is included, front desk did not tell me. Smells bad enrite buikding especially elevetor and room.

It was good staying at the Super 8. Overall, I had a good experience, but I think the breakfast could definitely be stepped up a notch. It would be nice if they had more options like eggs, bacon, sausage, and maybe some fresh fruit. That would make the breakfast a lot better and give guests more to choose from.

The bed was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The carpets and shower curtains may need replacing. There seem to be some smells whenever we enter the elevator or our rooms. Great location.

Location to work event I had two issues. One was the lack of hot water, and the other was the lack of concern by the staff. The staff wasn't rude. They were just indignant to my concerns. When I called them to fix the hot water, I got a shoulder shrug and a hand wave. It is what it is totally unacceptable.

Room was clean and air conditioned (welcoming when it’s hot), parking was just right, and staff was available. Good option if you don’t want to spend $$$ at other hotels in the area.

Unfortunately, the customer service, particularly from the daytime assistant manager, significantly affected our stay. My husband politely requested an additional towel and was spoken to in a condescending and humiliating manner. He was told that this was a budget motel, that the room came with a fixed number of towels, and that he should not be asking for another one. The issue was not simply the towel, but the lack of courtesy and respect. Budget accommodation may mean fewer amenities, but it should never mean poorer treatment of paying guests. A simple request could have been handled professionally. The continental breakfast was also very limited: bread, waffles, butter, jam, syrup, cereal, coffee, tea, and juice. There were no fruits, eggs, sausages, or similar breakfast items, and there was only one waffle maker. Overall, the location was convenient and the room served its purpose, but the treatment we experienced overshadowed the positives. Management should seriously address staff professionalism, communication, and guest relations. Every guest, regardless of room rate, deserves dignity and respect. Respect should never be considered an optional amenity. Good service matters.

The most importantly they are very honest, when I checked out, I forgot my zipper bag with all my credit cards and passport in the room. When I returned to get it back nothing was missing including the money
