Very clean!

Other than the fact that some rooms are too far from the elevator and that the breakfast offered is kinda late ie starts at 7am , this is the best bang for the buck in Stamford Connecticut

Nothing Everything

Check-in went smoothly. The room was totally fine. The hotel refused to provide an invoice although they were obliged to do so by contract with booking.com. Even after asking customer support to bother them, nothing happened. The hotel is not very sustainable: air conditioning of the huge lobby is so cold that you freeze in summer, which is a waste of energy. Also the breakfast produces so much plastic garbage.

Overall the facility structure and rooms are good. The customer service of the staff was horrible. I had a situation with the pool having too much chlorine in it and when brought it to the front desk they were dismissive and rude. Supervisor was not in the property at night time and my child ended up feeling sick from being exposed to excessive chlorine. In the morning instead of trying to solve the situation a manager was interrogating me and shaming me for even using the pool. Plus the breakfast was disgusting.

We were completely barred from using the pool and the hot tub because the private group had locked them down. The common areas in the hotel lobby were completely taken over by the event. We were told we could not be in the lobby and made to feel like outsiders in a hotel we paid full price to enjoy. Hotel staff and security actually told us we had to go to our room and that we could only use certain elevators. This made getting to our room a slow and frustrating hassle. Paying full price for a hotel means having access to the full hotel experience. Management should have warned regular guests about these massive restrictions. We will not be returning. We were told by security that these events regularly occur, so be aware before booking.

The property was clean. The Beds was clean. The hospitality not nice I didn’t like when I arrived there was a Jewish meeting go ahead and there was kids playing football in hallway and outside the pool was closed Was told there was breakfast when I arrived the next morning there was no breakfast.not even a coffee

Breakfast was awful. Very little choices, so called "eggs" were terrible, cream cheese for bagels not kept cold, the gentleman that I assumed was the owner/manager blew his nose in the eating area and didn't bother to wash his hands afterwards.
-
The room was clean and the hotel well Located. Good value and good sized room. The restaurant was horrible. The breakfast consisted of a huge bowl of yogurt that was sitting out for hours and a poor choice of fruit. The coffee was like water. Really the food was just awful and no one seemed to care.
-
Very spacious and good sized rooms The breakfast was poor. There were not too many people staying in a very large facility. There was little/ no ambiance
-
The picture do the property justice. The hotel is very underwhelming. The lobby area is the nicest part of the hotel. The ac is the room makes a lot of noise when it goes on and off. The pool area is a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures. $10 parking a night.
-
Pool was closed and the hot tub was not working for 6 months the whole purpose of my trip was to relax swim and use hot tub didn’t happen
-
It has a beautiful lobby The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Showers definitely haven’t been throughly cleaned and the worse of all is the staff. The staff are absolutely horrible. I’ve stayed a few times and the staff have just been awful.
-
Beautifully sized executive room with 2 double beds. 2 TVs one in bedroom and the other in lounge. Only issue was lack of hot water in shower on the night we spent there but this resolved itself by the next morning. Very light continental breakfast available
-
The rooms were very nice and clean. A good value for the money. The staff friendly and efficient. I would stay there again when I visit family in the area.
-
Breakfast area needs more attention. It took us a while to received our order because the employee was in FaceTime with someone.
-
Room needs updating. The breakfast was always limited and cold. They were even out of regular milk for a few days. Staff and lobby were nice.
-
Very convenient to family. Not being told about multi-day parking at check-in so had to pay to leave parking garage.
-
The room is very comfortable
-
The rate was reasonable. Clean and comfortable room. Huge place that you can get lost in, hardly anyone there so I felt like I was the only guest...very strange vibe similar to The Shining.
