Mini room,,,no walking room,,,No Space in room, elevator, hallways,,,,Horrible, decent breakfast.....no room for refrigerator, iron board,,,,No room for my wagon,,,No room for my Husband,,,,,not for kids,no Space in room,hallway or lobby... Horrible

I cannot express enough how helpful, kind, and just plain friendly Ashley at the front desk was. She is an asset to the Comfort Inn corporation.

If you’re looking for the bare minimum then okay. The bed is hard as a rock. It’s very dark and dated. The smell sometimes is like a sewer. There is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is in a dark basement. The parking is awful. 3 hotels in a row and not enough parking. Save your money tbh.

It is a really clean place to stay, the rooms were spotless. The area surrounding the property is clean and feels safe. I would definitely stay again

And their breakfast was empty poor just one lady working -hire more for kitchen

I would not recommend this hotel because they had dirty coffee maker in your room. Their wall outlet on the side of the bed did not work I couldn't use my CPAP machine. Had to wait until the morning to switch a room.

Everyone was so wonderful here! I wish I could’ve gotten more names, but Ashley was particularly helpful with giving us tips for visiting NYC. But truly, out of the 4 days we were there, every staff member I met was super nice!
