Failed to notify upon arrival that the 4th and 5th floor doesn’t have access to streaming networks.

I loved the location - less than a mile from a state park with beautiful views. After breakfast, my kids and I took a short walk to a local park with swings and then we walked to the state park which had a beautiful view of the water. While breakfast was basic, they had flavored creamers for the coffee. Sometimes it is the little things that make a stay pleasurable (like vanilla creamer!).

Our room was by the elevator and was extremely loud, you could hear everything. The elevators were very slow so we ended up taking the stairs most times. Our shower never had hot water, it was go from warm to cold while you were in there for no reason. Breakfast wasn’t filled or kept up with so wasn’t able to take advantage of the amenity.

Room was clean. Mirror was dirty. TV and temp controls were difficult to operate. Overall, clean and staff was nice.

My boys adored the staff member from Alabama! They were disappointed when it was her day off because they really enjoyed interacting with her. The breakfast was good and kept well stocked.

It was a really clean room. Friendly staff and good parking

Clean less room.

The front desk staff I didn’t like that the door would not lock completely. The door to my room would have to be pushed all the way close in order for it to close when I first walked in housekeeping literally just had finished cleaning the room, but it still was dirty. There were stains on the carpet stains on the bed and when I mentioned it to the staff nothing was done

Clean room. Friendly staff conventionally located

Do not stay here if there’s no other hotel available change your plans. This hotel is not only disgustingly dirty but there’s absolutely no parking and it’s an across the street from a homeless campsite. The sheets and comforter had dried blood and poop when we asked to change it, it took forever and when we got aD not stay here if there’s no other hotel available change your plans. This hotel is not only disgustingly dirty but there’s absolutely no parking and it’s a across the street from a homeless campsite. The sheets and comforter had dried blood and poop when we asked to change it the new comforterwas just as dirty. We came back at 9:30 at night and there was absolutely no parking. How do you not have enough parking for each guest at the hotel we had to park across the street. We had to put a permit thing on there so car wouldn’t get towed, but where we parked was a bunch of homeless people and not in the best area very dirty very disgusting

P.S. I took pictures, if needed.

I like the proximity of where I was staying for my family business trip.

Then room was ok but did not have the latest ports for charging devices like a current iPhone, iPad, or laptop. There was no microwave oven. The room was clean and the furniture was was maintained and newish. The Staff was exceptional including the folks who handled the breakfast buffet. Shout out to them! Friendly, helpful and just delightful folks. The price was right and all was okay.

Room was a little beat up

The property was supposed to have a ferry shuttle to NYC, it was broken down. The property is not close to the ferry at all. The property is run down and dirty. The room service did minimal daily care. Parking was minimal. Management did not solve my one issue. Breakfast was passable. The bathroom fan was on but was so dusty it was worthless and noisy.

My concerns weren’t addressed & dirty bathrooms
