The bed was uncomfortable and could definitely benefit from a new mattress. The bathroom also needs updating. The shower head and toilet appear to be due for replacement, and the shower wall was coming apart and needs to be recaulked. These maintenance issues made the room feel worn and in need of renovation. The breakfast was good, but I felt it was a bit overpriced for what was offered. The staff was courteous, but the property would greatly benefit from improvements and routine maintenance to provide a more comfortable guest experience.

The staff was great No air conditioning in the hallways, dips in the floors under carpeting in hallways, elevators had no air conditioning either. Beds were extremely hard.

Rooms are dated with a TV from 2009. Hand soap and lotion are mounted similar to the amenities in the shower. Seemed tacky. I wouldn’t pay $200 to stay at this Holiday Inn when it’s about the same as an old La Quinta.

It was quiet. All the paperwork or questions that were asked.

Location, bed, staff Shower needs to be remodeled, shower head was pitiful. The price was ridiculous for the hotel but they took advantage of a baseball in town, so supply and demand. Not a fan of booking.com difficult to get information or assistance after booking room.
-
Have to pay EXTRA for the breakfast and WiFi. Ridiculous. I have never had to do that when traveling and never at any other holiday Inn property. Told them to keep both. But the room was clean and the staff were friendly enough. We will stay elsewhere next time we travel.

It was great!

The staff was very helpful. The hallways were very hot and stiffling. No AC in hallways.

Convenient. Good breakfast. Good service No complaints

The hotel was good and the common areas were clean. The hall carpets had just been cleaned. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms are a little small. Nothing to complain about. The pool is large, the restaurant is nice and the location is good. My only complaint is that though our room was clean it smelled like a dog had been there before us. I know that is tough for the hotel, not much they can do. They had definitely cleaned the room but I do wish hotels had designated pet friendly rooms.

For comfortable beds and good nights rest this is your place.

Location $15 per day charge for breakfast

Location is very convenient to Georgia Southern University, shopping and restaurants. The price was good on bookings.com Breakfast is $12.95 per person, too much for the amount of food I would eat. Bathtub not handicap accessible and did not appear as clean as I would like. Mattresses were awful. Did not get any sleep due to mattress and sound from AC clicking on and off.
