The beds were like sleeping on an air mattress and we found random hairs on both beds. We also didn’t sleep well

Customer service was great. Breakfast was good. All was great except for the mold in the shower. I hate hotels for this very reason. The bathrooms are always awful! I expect the room and bathroom to be as clean as I keep my own home especially for the price paid.

Bar was closed. It’s football season. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Ac didn’t get to temperature setting intended. Tv was was big as my laptop.

The staff was very helpful and confirmed that I had the "feather-free" room I needed for health reasons. It was a personal touch that would definitely make me want to stay at this hotel again.

The staff was delightful! The room was clean - could have used a couple more towels. Bed firm but comfortable and good a/c. Did not eat breakfast there - $12.99 for the typical “free “ breakfast. Had Keurig in the room - no other free coffee. For the price I think they could provide a coffee bar!

Rooms look clean, but the little details are missing. They also have a strong smell, first room was musty/moldy smelling, staff was kind enough to move us. The second room just smelled.

Shower head did not work, bathroom sink did not drain properly and TV did not work. Room and overall hotel was clean with good parking. Definitely a 2.5 star hotel.

Bien ubicado el hotel. Pero las camas chillan con solo acostarse suenan los resortes. No ponen estación de café y te permanente, ponen azúcar, creamer pero no café, ni agua caliente, ni tés para tomar durante el día. Los jabones y shampoo no están atornillados a la pared y se mueven al manipularlos, casi me cae en los pies, es una condición insegura. Pero en resumen el hotel es muy limpio, huele bien y está bien cuidado sus áreas. Recomendado 🙌
