Examples: *When the image on the World Cup game was a bit fuzzy, my husband called to ask for help and the person on the other end not only helped him trouble shoot, but even offered to come to the room to fix it. *We were traveling with a cooler. The staff let us keep the blue ice in the freezer overnight! All the facilities (including the pool) were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was kept very tidy and organized by very friendly staff. We were so tired from our travels and we found the hotel to be so nice and refreshing.

The hotel was clean and tidy, but the shining star was your front desk, person AJ. He was more than helpful. We did not have any issues however it was very clear that he would go over and beyond any expectations for the guest. He’s a good Fine and you should hold onto him.

The breakfast was not great! They didn’t have a big selection. And only had grapes and apples as a fruit. One plan flavor muffin. The pool is super small. But everything else was very nice

The facility was clean, the staff were friendly, and we had a pleasant stay. One suggestion would be to upgrade the existing TVs to Smart TVs to provide guests with more entertainment options. Other than that, everything was great.

The first time was nice, the second was not so much. I know they say property is smoke free. But some one was smoking. It was not cigarette smoke either.

The staff was kind and helpful! We enjoyed being able to bring our dog with us. There was a nice area to walk him. The rooms were well appointed and clean. And the beds were surprisingly nice! However, the breakfast was not up to par of other locations. It could have just been an off day. The coffee urns were empty, the orange juice was mostly water, the grits were not good at all. The fruit, sausage links, potatoes, and waffles were good.
