Just fine for you basic no frills hotel. The first room had a broken shower, but they quickly moved us to another option. The pool was still closed for the year in June. Overall, it looks like it is getting a nice refresh - fresh paint and other touchups.

This should be a $60 a night hotel.

My handicapped room would definitely not be AFA compliant. It’s a regular tub and chair for bathing doesn’t fit in the tub. Bed is mattress with no boxspring or real support. No WiFi available on TV. Numerous other small details that are annoying for an extended stay. Not worth the hefty price.

I would have given it an excellent review however we were not told the pool amenity was not allowed to be used due to inspection not completed. One of the biggest reason it was chosen was for the pool. My children were very upset. I was too. I think we should not have been charged for this amenity or should have received a discount. Or we should have been told up front before we booked room.

Updated room and bath. Very pleased with our stay. Staff very nice.

There were a few minor maintenance issues in the room, such as the tub enamel peeling and the iron not working, and some fixtures showed signs of wear. Even with those small issues, the stay was comfortable and pleasant overall. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to seeing the updates once renovations are complete.

Loved the new updates! Excellent color choices and new room furnishing were great. And, of course, the location close to the stadium and dining was convenient.

We had enough towels I asked for a handicap room I got beds that were too low to the floor, I had a bath tub instead of a walk in shower and the tub was too small

Even though they are under construction… I am loving the upgrades. Check in was quick and easy. Room is very clean. I wish there was breakfast; it was so good last time.

Was under renovations (and definitely needed it!), but we were able to get an excellent newly renovated room! Was beautiful(!), clean and bed very comfy. Very happy! Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice with lots of choices. However the lobby was unsightly. The Lobby sofa was actually FILTHY, and leather chairs were badly cracking & peeling on top of being dirty. Was so bad I chose not to sit to wait there. Some of the work out equipment did not work, and workout room looked like it had not been cleaned/vacumed in a while. Trash and used towels lying around. But given the price, which was great, and our other choices in city, overall our stay was pleasant. Just make sure to ask for newly renovated room!!
