Overall I had a nice stay, rooms were clean and staff was friendly. My only issue was the breakfast on Saturday was pretty sub par. And the staff was on their phones the entire time instead of putting out the items. However Sundays breakfast was a lot better. For the eatw I would stay here again if in the area.

Clean and comfortable.

The hotel over booked for the night we stayed so they paid for my family to stay at a close by hotel. Great customer service!

Dirty room

Run down. The room had a strong smell to food. It was clean but the smell of food lingers.

The property was sufficient and the only complaint was the TV's and the lack of options with cable TV options.

Our room had a terrible smell. When we asked about changing rooms because of the smell, we were told that they were sold out. They didn't have another pillow so that my son could have 2 pillows for the pull-out. We also were not given a bath mat. The blinds didnt work and had little holes in them (and there was a wash cloth stuck at the top of the blinds?). When I asked about the guarantee that hangs for customers to read by the front desk (it says something about how they will make it right or the night is on them), I was suddenly told that they could switch my room. They offered to first bring in a "machine" to take out the smell. This did seem to help for a little while, but the smell was back that night. We stayed for 2 nights. I messaged the hotel again about the smell. They did not offer to make things right. I paid my $214 a night, but I will not be back. Not a good experience.
