Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Only complaint I have is our room was by an exit door and across from the stairs so the constant slamming of those two doors would wake us up throughout the night.

We were charged $835.94 for 2 nights in an accessible room. The first room was not. The second room was better, but no bench in the shower like the picture advertised. The window blinds were raggedy and we needed maintenence to open them. Unfortunately, that meant they would not close at night. Staying on the 2nd floor overlooking the parking lot was a problem. At breakfast, staff were hanging out in a back room, While the syrup was empty. The only positive about this stay was the evening clerk, who went and found a bench and attached it. We will not be saying at any hotel with the name Hilton connected to it. This was a most trashy hotel.

The hotel was located in a safe area. The staff were friendly, the hotel was inviting, clean and breakfast was great. The only problem was the mattress in the room was not comfortable and the pillows were too soft. Other than that, my husband and my stay was superb.

Room very clean anf lots of room. Employees were all frirlendly. Only issue was breakfast. Very good assortment but taste and quality of food was subpar!

The lobby outside area blocked off.No other entrance that was covered. It was raining.

This property key fob system was not working when I checked in. So I did not get a key for my room for my entire stay. I was very inconvenient having to go get a front office staff to let me in my room. I know it was at no fault of the staff, but it was a huge inconvenience.

Overall decent and definitely one of the few good options in Statesboro. Great location and rooms were good. Not sure how thorough the cleaning staff is. The pullout bed did not look the best and all the shampoo and body wash was empty.

Very clean, ac was very loud in room. Otherwise property seemed very clean. Breakfast was good and staff was very nice. Great place to stay!

I didn’t like that dogs are also being permitted in the hotel. There was a day when multiple dogs were barking constantly in the room beside me.

The room was marked up in price for Georgia Southern move in weekend, so we paid over $500 for one night which is ridiculous. The bigger problem is our room had a strong, horrible, overwhelming smell of sulphur. We talked to the front desk attendant who was very kind and said she would send someone to check it out, but nothing could be done unfortunately. They were fully booked, so we just had to deal with an extremely smelly room. At least it was just one night…

Good location not too far from campus.

The room was clean and met basic needs. We checked in very late at night due to our travel schedule. The room never really cooled down, even on the lowest setting and the fan on high. The property was sold out so there wasn't any other room to switch to. It was definitely way overpriced for what you got, but all the hotels in the area price gouge on busy weekends. The front desk staff was nice. We did not eat the breakfast but was told there is a variety of warm foods.

A good option for staying when dropping off your kid at college. Good location and close to restaurants and GSU.

Great location Window shade needs to be replaced asap. We stayed in this room a few months ago and it was broken then too. Also 3 pillows on the bed for 2 adults isn’t enough and the top blanket is very rough
