It was quiet and the air worked really well. There were bugs, and the appliances and counters were chipped and rusty.

No breakfast at the location! TV channels that I watch did not work.

There were roaches in sink, now they're not wanting to refund me

The appliances were not in good condition. There were no kitchen utensils like most extended stays. There were a few live roaches on the kitchen and bathroom.

Close to town. Front desk staff was very nice and understanding. Floors weren’t clean, German cockroaches behind the fridge. No pots/pans/plates/cups/silverware/etc. I was expecting these things as the last hotel I stayed at with a kitchenette provided these items. Had to buy these items in order to make food. When we got back from this shopping trip, as my son was making food, he saw a German cockroach crawl out from behind the fridge. I pulled the fridge away from the wall and saw a few more running around. Front desk staff was very nice and cancelled my stay. We went somewhere else.

Overall, good stay, staff was great. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of our room. Room has a slight odor that you got use to quickly, realized it was from the air conditioner. The room definitely could use some cleaning, looked like they just did a quick wipe down of the bathroom counter and that was it. I ended up buying disinfectant wipes and wiping down the dresser, desk and bathroom.

The front desk personnel was great!!! Rooms are very spacious The room wasn’t cleaned properly. Toilet had lots of hair on it. Tub just was not clean. The refrigerator had rust in front of it. Could have at least painted over the nasty rust stains with appliance paint.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The rooms appeared fine at first glance but then the bugs appeared. Roaches. And not just our room. Three different rooms. The amount of dirt along the baseboards was nasty. The staff was gone by the time we noticed and still not there when we had to go. Rooms in the whole town were sold out because of graduation so we didn’t have a choice but to stay. Never again will I stay at this establishment. I will think twice about using hotels.com if this is the type of place you represent. Disgusting.

Not equipped for cooking at all

I didn't eat breakfast. And there were a lot of people standing outside the building. The room wasn't cleaned. The toilet rocked when you sat down on it.

The price We ended not staying because there was roaches and toilet has feces in it. I took pictures and showed the front attendant.

The hotel's installation was good but the attention was bad. Insufficient staff for cleaning. We stayed 4 days and they never cleaned the room.

Key cards didn’t work upon arrival at 1:30 am and the hotel desk person was home, had to wait 20 minutes for her to get there; cockroaches in the room, water in the b/r barely came out. Would never go there again. Not worth even $30/night!

The rooms had a peculiar odor and the wall are paper thin. If you want to be woken up at all hours of the night by other guests and endure the nasty smell, this is your spot! Also. Bring your own blow dryer because they only have one in the entire hotel.

The facility had obviously been updated not long ago. The bed was very comfortable. The room did have a strong smell probably from cleaning supplies. Unfortunately I woke up to multiple bugs crawling around the floor & walls. Front desk person was super nice & helpful!
