The smell of cannabis through the floor. People sitting near the pool smoking what smelled like cannabis and the smell Coming in the room through air conditioning vent, actually had to call front desk during the second night, it was just too much.

The property was clean and I felt safe. The couch cushions had white and other colored stains on them. Felt dirty. Didn’t want to sit on them, much less use it as a sofa bed. The hall carpets had strong cleaning smell. Max, at the front desk, was great! Very friendly and helpful! Probably the better option hotel for a college town though.

The room was good sized but the TV was in a weird location. Not bad, just kind of strange if you wanted to watch TV (which we didn’t). It was at a strange angle not near any seating.

Nice, clean room for our one night stay. There was no closest or ironing options in the room.

We stayed three nights and the room was not cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels each evening. We were completely out of toilet paper and had to find housekeeping to get more tissue. We had a complaint to file but the client services manager and general manager was not on duty. Left a message and was told that they would be in at 9am the following morning. They arrived but left and the front desk clerk didn’t know where they went after almost two hours of waiting they never showed up. Left two messages requesting a phone call and have not heard back.

it was picked over could have been better. I was told on the phone by one staff member I could go ahead and check into my room. and then when I got there the lady told me I couldn't.

Location was good. Check in was easy. Size of room was good. Room was quiet. Staff was friendly. Not terrible, but could have been cleaner in bathroom area (I'm probably overly picky) and the sheets could have been more comfortable.
