Nice, clean room for our one night stay. There was no closest or ironing options in the room.

We stayed three nights and the room was not cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels each evening. We were completely out of toilet paper and had to find housekeeping to get more tissue. We had a complaint to file but the client services manager and general manager was not on duty. Left a message and was told that they would be in at 9am the following morning. They arrived but left and the front desk clerk didn’t know where they went after almost two hours of waiting they never showed up. Left two messages requesting a phone call and have not heard back.

Location was good. Check in was easy. Size of room was good. Room was quiet. Staff was friendly. Not terrible, but could have been cleaner in bathroom area (I'm probably overly picky) and the sheets could have been more comfortable.

Easy check in and check out! Rooms were tidy with all that you need.

The staff was so friendly and enjoyable to be around! The location was excellent and very comfortable! The lighting in my room, specifically the bathroom/mirror area, was dimmer than I’d expected. This made it a little difficult to get ready in the morning while doing my makeup.

While our room was large and the beds seemed comfortable, the room was fairly dirty with dirty mirrors and a broken sink that was completely unusable. We did let the front desk know and they gave us a plunger that brought up gross and disgusting black gunk. We told the front desk in the morning that the sink is broken and they said they are aware but book the room anyway. A lady knocked at our door at 8 am to clean it which we found kind of funny. Would not stay again. We didn’t get to have breakfast as the sink issue was such a bummer and gross.

Room was very dirty. Front desk was advised the morning of our second day but on return nothing had been resolved. The phone did not work so I could not call the front desk about the remote not working. I went to the desk and they gave me a new remote. The front desk girl did come up and wipe the shower down and clean the TV so we could actually see it but the room needed a deep clean. We will choose another hotel when we are in the area.

This hotel most of been renovated because the light switch in the sink area was upside down. The tv was dusty.
