Once upon checking in, the room was so smoky. We pulled the sheets back and saw blood stains on the sheets. The floor had dust around the edges. The room was just unfit to stay. The office would not refund our money. We refused to stay in such conditions.

This hotel is clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. The pool is nice. Convenient to Georgia Southern University.

The property should be condemned. Every single facet of that place is abysmal. The service, the rooms, the amenities. It’s damn near impossible to get your deposit back as well. The rooms have roaches, broken toilets, broken showers and filthy sinks. I will never again go near this place. You’d be better off sleeping in your car.

Older motel that could use some maintenance and updates. Room was clean and would stay again. Proximity to Georgia Southern is super convenient.

Hotel lobby smelled like incense at a gas station. Breakfast area was disgusting, unsanitary, had lottery gambling machines in the same room. Literally worst place I’ve ever stayed

It was near GSU where my daughter attends the university, so we were able to help her during move in day without having to drive a long distance It was moldy and dirty. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom had mold and the lamp shade even had mold. The first thing you smell when you walk in is mold. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Passable

We got to the motel and vagrants were crossing in and out of the woods next door. The lobby had boxes stacked up in the tiny lobby and it smelled musty. He tried to show us two rooms and the both smelled like mildew and so I declined the room. I asked for a refund and they denied me and made me pay the full amount for two nights which was almost $200. I was furious. Do Not Stay At This Place!! Thieves at their best!

Location to college Room was dirty and around bottom of toilet were bolt was not ever been cleaned. Covered in hair, urine and dirt. People like hanging in vehicles and women getting out going in rooms then hanging in car doing makeup. Parking lot not good feel.

Very nice place to stay this is my second time staying here

The staff was friendly The room was old and dirty. People had their laundry hanging out on the railings of the hotel. I didn't feel safe there.

Days inns are usually decent but when we arrived there was mold on our bed sheets, mold in the shower, holes in the walls, when we were moved to a different room it smelled heavily of cigarette and weed. Staff didn’t apologize just said “we could have had a guest that stayed a little while and house keeping didn’t check good enough” which leads me to think that they don’t change their sheets like they should. Listed “breakfast” as an amenity but had cereal with milk that smelled bad and bagels. Hopefully I never have to have the unfortunate event of having to ever stay here again
