My stay was quite disappointing. The first room I was given was in a terrible condition, but the second room was okay. It just needed to be dusted, and the bathroom door was covered in mold.

Well...there was a used bar of soap left in the shower the ice bucket had tobacco or something in it no trash can dead roaches on floor

The chair had duck tape holding it together. The bathroom was abominable.

There were roaches. No soap. No refrigerator. Room smelled rank. Stairwell smelled rank. Moldy. Dusty. Plain nasty.

One staff member was really nice and the price was ok. I still think it should be cheaper. People were standing outside our room talking loud and it smelled like someone was burning something outside of my room. The rooms have mold and water spots. The microwave was full of rust around the inside. Had a towel that was filthy. Ask for more the staff member said yes, never seen him again. Same staff member was about to fight someone. One towel had black stuff on it that looked like motor oil. Was wondering why I was sneezing and coughing so badly, turns out the ac unit was filled with dust. Good thing I had my own blankets. Not sure if the when the last time the sheets were cleaned considering how the towel looked. Not saying the hotel should be perfect, but it should be way better than this!!!! JUST RIDICULOUS!!! I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt because of the first staff member when I checked in. Was not expecting to have an experience like this. Good thing I won’t be coming back here!!!

The room was not clean at all. The refrigerator was disgusting. The mirror was broken. The remote control to the TV did not work. The room smelled terribly. The staff was ok, but it was a very poor experience overall. We left and went to another hotel.

Hot tub not working,no coffee or tea, as soon as we got there had to go to office to get toilet paper, no shampoo this time,hair dryer stuck on low, not working right. I think they should comp us something....
