We arrived around 6pm and the cleaning crew was cleaning the room at that time, the microwave was gross, dirty with liquid inside and old spaghetti, I went to the reception and the microwave was change after next day because I reminded them.

The shower had hair around the drain and hair still in the shower. The air conditioner in the room is very loud. Everything else was great. Plenty of parking and the hotel itself was quiet.

Staff was accommodating and understanding even when my party screwed up and we had to replace our room cards twice, room was very well air-conditioned in the summer heat, the pool was comfortably warm, and the TV had access to screen mirroring, so we could stream from our phones. The disability aid chair at the pool seems to be broken, the breakfast was quite limited and ran out a bit too fast, and there wasn't enough space for trash in the room. Otherwise, I had nothing to complain about.

Stayed from Friday until Monday and no one ever cleaned my room made the bed or brought clean towels. Had to go to the front desk everyday to get towels
