I feared the stay because of the reviews but it wasn't bad. My room was clean mattress comfy. I would stay again

Room was spacious, ironing board & iron available yet had nowhere to hang clothes. I liked the set up of a desk just wrong place in the room for it. The microwave worked & was clean. Staff was nice. No toilet paper holder. Looks like wall was repaired where the holder once was. No safety bar in shower. Tub was extremely slick. I slipped a couple times. No shelf to put soap/toiletries on in shower. No table for the armchair. TV was very grainy. Had no channel list & searched awhile to see what was playing & time on guide was off. Alarm was not telling correct time. The fridge was loud. The lamp charge plug-in was broke & had to use the other lamp to charge phone. I can forgive 1 or 2 things but there was a lot not quality. Breakfast was a joke. Raisin Bran (I don't eat ceral), small & hard bagels (no thank you for more than 1 breakfast in a row), or waffles ( I like cinnamon on mine). Only grape jelly offered. The muffins were tiny & not labeled as to what flavor they were. Small apples for a fruit choice. I would have liked banana on my waffle. The cabinet door under the waffle maker was disgusting, had batter poured all over it & the coffee outside the breakfast room was so nasty. There are instructions on the coffee can on how to properly make that or the coffee maker needed a couple cleaning cycles run. The pool looked beyond gross. Black sludge in each corner, leaves on the bottom. Couldn't exercise or relax in it.

Another motel advertised as a hotel. Room doors exit straight to the poorly lit parking lot. Reserved room drove to motel only to find it as not advertised. Not safe.

I was staying the night after a college football game. I went to check in around 6:30-7:00 and then left to go hangout with friends. When I came back around midnight there was about 5-6 police cars and a bunch of people running around the hotel. Not sure what was happening didn’t even make it to my room. I went inside and checked out and stayed somewhere else. I will not attempt to stay here again!

Didn’t even stay. Walked into our room, the smell of smoke and filth was overwhelming. There was dirt on the floor as you entered and, dead bugs all of the floor. We turned around and went straight to the front desk and told them we couldn’t stay. Drove 40 minutes to Pooler and stayed in a brand new beautiful hotel for half the price.

We had roaches that were in our bedroom and bathroom area. The police had to be called the first night of our stay because of over 200 people invading the parking lot with loud music any illegal substances. The second night the police proactively were in the parking lot at midnight because the same group of people were there.

Filthy and roaches

Filthy. The comforter had a cigarette burn in the middle of it. There was no hot water. The room smelled as if something died. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful as we could not stay there.

I liked the barbeque restaurant across the street The entire room. There were pieces of Sheetrock on the floor, water leakage on the ceiling, cobb webs in EVERY corner of the room, bed bugs, the television remote was filthy, the television in front of the bed wasn't connected, the couch was disastrously filthy.

Bugs everywhere!!!! Stained sheets with hair and debris by the feet, obviously not changed from last guest. Pointed out to Manager who offered us another room. Second room was close to same co diction (less bugs). Lighting was like a prison, way too bright. Many rooms around us had their windows covered with plastic/cardboard rather than repaired. Lots of work crews stay here. Best thing was the BBQ Restaurant across the street.

Basically, nothing, it was not up to mark as per pictures on Google. Area around hotel and lobby was very nasty, I couldn’t feel to eat or to stay in,ice machine was nasty to get ice. inside the room there were many spiderwebs and smell of the room was awful. Breakfast time was really odd. 6 to 9 , AC was too loud. There were toilet roll holder was broken also, shower was not working properly.

only the location. probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. We had to leave because of the smell in the room and the dog barking incessantly next door. I literally got sick.

Pay the extra for the Hilton. Trash bags were hanging out of holes in the wall. Trash/water all along the hallway. Creepy drawer that kept opening by itself. Small/cheap breakfast. Lobby smelled like a dirty ashtray. Shower wouldn’t drain the water. The latch on the bathroom door was broken. The security latch on the door was in operable. People were hanging out in the hallway all night. Stain on the chair. Floor had not been swept in a long time because there were crumbs everywhere.
