The rooms was out dated and not clean. We had to switch rooms because it was dirty and missing a table and chair. The new room was not clean had bars of used soap left in the bathroom from prior people. The pool was down our entire stay without a notice that it was down on website.

I liked the wifi. The toilet had dirt around the surface. The microwave and bed sheets had dirt stains. The room smelled like cigarettes. The TV had 4 stations and looked bad quality that looked a DVD player. When we first arrived, we were given the wrong amount of beds and room number. The air conditioner had smelled like glue. The people were loud next door and being very distracting and disturbing my dog.

Check in the toilet didn’t work so they put us in another room. The room was extremely nasty. The bed wasn’t changed blood stain everywhere. The pillowcases was filthy. The mirrors was Molly. Only thing they changed was the towels in the room. The couch was nasty. Had all kinds of stains on it the pool the water was nasty. It’s seems like the housekeeper, did not clean no rooms that day. The front desk person kept changing us to room to room due to the room so nasty. One room had dead roaches in it. So I asked him for my money back and he asked me to go look at this last room to see if I would like it. That room was clean but the pillows were so flat( smh) I took the room because everyone else was booked up. NEVER AGAIN ???????? The fridge wasn’t clean nasty smelling

The bed was very comfortable Trash can didn’t have bags in them. The Ac wouldn’t really get cold. An it takes the water a lil while to get hot. No toilet paper in bathroom
