Knights Inn Sterling Heights

This was extreme false advertisement! The photos of the rooms are not the rooms and they say that they have breakfast they do not at best they have free coffee and that's it. They don't have an ice machine that works they don't have a soda machine that works and there were no amenities. The beds are very comfortable I did not see bed bugs thank God the room was clean when we got there but I think the door's been kicked in 10 times on every door there there's a lot of drama at this Motel and a lot of people living here unfortunately fo

This place is not worth a dollar , its very old, all things inside the room arw very old maybe from the 60th ! The door barely i could shut it. The paint was terrible, and the sink was closed and little bugs everywhere . And the smoke smell every where and i was coughing the whole night their . I don't recommend it.

They would not give me the room keys told me I could not be in the room and would not give me a refund

The room they gave me the door had been kicked in by the police previously the room smelled terrible the next day I needed to stay one more day they told me I couldn't stay because I had a cat and had been there previously I've never been there before broken down cars in the parking lot garbage all over the place man told me his dog wasn't friendly as I was walking to my room although the lady in the office was very professional and very nice

I’m still staying here few nights the hotel has been accommodating it’s decent location affordable for anyone looking

Check in person showed somewhat competent but not friendly at all, got the feeling he would rather be somewhere else. The room is in desperate need of remodeling. It looked tired. Stains on ceiling wall and couch, I did not want to sit on that, it was the only sitting area apart from the bed. I did not want to shower, because it meant touching the shower curtain that look well used and stained if it wasn't durty. The bed was clean bedding crisp and white pillows adequate. I am a light sleeper, so did not slept much due to the loud heater, and refrigerator. We left at 4 AM, because there was a fight outside in the parking lot. I admit that was nothing the staff could controll, just surprised they did not hear anything.

The bathroom wasn't clean, there were little hairs in the bathtub. Other than that it was great.

The bathtub had a hole and crack covered by a thin white cover that my sone had almost feel through.

No bells and whistles. Clean room. Great accommodation for the price.

It took them 3 different rooms before they got my a clean room. Was rhere for 2 days never had a cleaning person even stop to change out towels had to call lobby to get them. Website says they offer continental breakfast they dont.

Liked nothing. Place is absolutey filthy and in disrepair! DISGUSTING!!! I have pictures to prove it because I couldnt believe this place is in business!!

You can park in front of room. Housekeeping started bothering us before check out and continued harassing us even after we paid. The carpet was nasty. The walls and floor messed up.

There is nothink to likes. The room is old . 1st room was hot no air conditioner. Then moved to 2nd one walls were dirty, broken doors . Floor dirty. And no breakfasts

I will be calling corporate for a full refund. We had no choice but stay here as it was the 4th of july, we had already driven 15 hours and everything else was booked. If the room was like the picture it would have been one thing, but it wasnt even close. This was equivalent to by the hour and it had permanent residents.

The room needed a face lift . Many things Needed fixing. Bed was comfortable
