The staff were SO friendly and the room was perfect for four of us to stay one night! We didn’t indulge in the amenities but our price for the room plus free breakfast and pool was amazing. We were only ten minutes from the lottery amphitheater and so close to other local shopping and food. I absolutely loved my stay!

Everything was new and nice. Breakfast was the best continual breakfast we’ve ever had. It was fresh, clean and the head woman in charge, Charisma, kept everything running efficiently. The trundle bed sheets were left on from the last guests and they were quite dirty. The front desk staff handled it very well and even compensated me with Marriott points.

Your staff is wonderful. I want to give special thanks to Carl, Cathryn, Ayesha, and Bill, they were extremely accommodating The rooms are spacious and were very clean. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the hotel was well kept. I enjoy staying in Sterling Heights when I visit Michigan and I will definitely stay at this hotel again and I would recommend it to my friends and family.

The staff that was working in the morning, she was super kind and helpful. However, the staff at night was very rude to us and the rest of our party, THe pool, while warm, is extremely small and hard for our kids to play in. Breakfast, while included with the stay, was not good at all, nor was the coffee

Stay was comfortable. Bathroom door was not closing. That was inconvenient. Front desk staff in the morning was super helpful and sent maintenance over as soon as that gentleman came in to work! Food was good( I stuck to minimum stuff as there wasn’t too many gluten, nut and dairy free options). The floor was thin and I could hear people walking upstairs! The room was clean and the bed super comfortable! Thank you🙏
