They made me take my service dog away they put her out and I asked before I checked in and they said it was fine and when the General Manager name Holly Brasure came into work she was very rude and made me take my services animal away. I will never stay in a Merriott again The general manager Holly Brasure very rude in Sterling Heights Michigan

The young man that check with the locs was very helpful very polite.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. All appliances worked as expected. The staff are dishonest and deny accountability, even for simple mistakes. Phone went unanswered after multiple attempts. Checked out at 1pm without our consent or knowledge after being promised late checkout at 4pm.

It’s a new property. Everything in room was in working order. The bed was super comfortable. Woke up feeling rested and relaxed. Staff was excellent. Never failed to ask me if I needed anything and good day or goodnight. Strong security. Parking spaces were a bit too tight.

Place was clean and well maintained. When there was a problem ( was very small ) the manager addressed it promptly. Not enough parking. I had to park over where the construction was.

Everything was great other than our tv dud not work. We called down that night to ask if we were doing something wrong and we were told to unplug it to do a reset. Tv still did not work. Only got to a Home Screen and could not do anything more than that. Very bummed we could not watch tv during our stay.

The only thing I didn’t like is in the description when booking it said one of the amenities was an in room massage there was no such thing. But besides the false advertisement everything else is fine.

Everything was nice! I love staying at Marriotts. We had a little issue with out TV and the staff fixed it right away! The breakfast good, I loved the different oatmeal toppings.
