We loved the fact that quiet time was at 11 pm

Stay was comfortable. Bathroom door was not closing. That was inconvenient. Front desk staff in the morning was super helpful and sent maintenance over as soon as that gentleman came in to work! Food was good( I stuck to minimum stuff as there wasn’t too many gluten, nut and dairy free options). The floor was thin and I could hear people walking upstairs! The room was clean and the bed super comfortable! Thank you🙏

I'm so pleased we found this place during our road trip last week! This is an amazing spot and worth every penny. Definitely one level up from the typical hotel breakfast and room was modern, spacious, and one of the best I've ever stayed in.

Horrible experience was checked out by employee without my prior authorization and was still charged a fee. Pool was super dirty and was lied to by the same staff member that they are cleaning the pools.

Literally, last minute reservation when another hotel messed up, our reservation. We were treated very well at checkin. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us straighten out a scheduling debacle. The next morning we were treated like family and it truly relieved a tremendous amount of stress our family was under. We loved our stay.

Our room was large with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff overseeing the breakfast was very helpful and polite. There was a small issue with our room, but maintenance fixed it immediately. Excellent facility, staff, and amenities.

They made me take my service dog away they put her out and I asked before I checked in and they said it was fine and when the General Manager name Holly Brasure came into work she was very rude and made me take my services animal away. I will never stay in a Merriott again The general manager Holly Brasure very rude in Sterling Heights Michigan
