All around very good experience, didn’t stay long so didn’t use amenities

The room was filthy! Food particles around the bed and mattress. Shower has black mold in it! No microwave or coffee pot. Front desk clerk sat reading a book.

It was very clean and nice. The pool was very nice. Also the back area where you can sit and also run.

Clean room, Staff was it's nice to us. Breakfast was great. Parking was great.

It was very good to stay in the hotel, we like it and service was very good

I want a district manager to reach out.

Breakfast was lacking in options in comparison to other hotels that offer breakfast (ie. No muffins, mini breakfast cakes).

The place was very nice, modern and updated. A lot of space and area to sit and lounge outside of your room. the walls are thin and there was so much noise. If it wasn't other guests being super loud at night we had what we can only assume was an elephant that lived right above us that stomped across the room at all hours of the night

My stay here was not so good no soap in the bathroom to clean your hands I had 2 small boys with so soap was a need had to go over to Meijer and purchase my own also elevator smell like urine . Had to ask the staff for shower soap also purchased that it’s a no for me

The room was good, bed is comfy The AC is loud, breakfast was ok but it could be better

Very clean and the staff were very accommodating!

My card apparently didn't go through when I booked online and when I walked in the secretary informed me. They tried to contact me and I didn't answer the phone ? but she was extremely understanding and patient and helped me book again on the spot!

The gentleman with the piercing is in his James I believe is rude sat on his phone the majority of the meet and greets with customers, another woman lied and said they were completely boon in 95 degree weather but lied because an customer came in right after and was quoted a rate. I asked for replacement bedding and was denied. Tissue and was denied. The facility is dirty. Beyond dirty. The pool should be closed off one hour prior due to unrolling unattended loud kids while the parents sat and drank and played pool in a dirty building.

Everything was great. It was standard Hilton excellence. I do feel the front desk cut up in a little more tentative.

Note that rooms are cleaned every other day. Multiple food options within walking distance. Nice yard in back for walking dogs. Pool area not kept as clean as the rest of the hotel. Great breakfast and nicely set up lobby for having breakfast no matter how many or few people. Staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. NO outdoor outlets for plug-in vehicles.

Great staff, great rooms, clean, safe area, close to everything.

The shower was dirty..the shade in the room had blood stains on it,.the chair was stained and dirty…
