The design of the hotel was amazing The entrance to the parking was kind of tricky at first, but there was nothing I didn't about the property itself

I have stayed here many times before, staff is typically great and really helpful. This past time as I checked in, the staff is on FaceTime having an active conversation while I am checking in, handling personal information, the air in my room didn’t work in our room and Essence had a disgusting attitude while also on the phone in her AirPods, if you don’t want to deal with people don’t work at a hotel. The least you can do is hang up your phone conversation while trying to help.

There was roaches the hot tub did not work. The pool was out of order. We asked for new towels at 9:30 in the morning. We got back to our hotel around 2 o’clock in the afternoon. No towels were delivered when we first checked in we had people come up to us and asked if we wanted free alcohol. I would not recommend it to my enemy we were scheduled to stay for two nights. We only stayed for one night the next day we checked out early I went down and I talked to the management told them what my issues were and they didn’t care not one bit do not waste your time or your money

Front desk staff was awesome! We went to our room and it smelled like paint so bad and it gave me a headache. It wasn’t a horrid smell but it was enough to bother me and know I couldn’t stay hours in the room and didn’t want a migraine. Staff moved us to another room. Very pleased with that. My 4 year old was super bummed when we went to the pool to find out it was closed. The hours noted on the door did not accurately reflect pool hours. When I asked the front desk why my key wouldn’t work at the pool I was simply told it opened at 3. Super disappointed in that as we had late check out until 12 and it was 11:00 when we tried to swim.

It was close to the venue and Meijer was across the street. The bed was harder than we like. On our floor a couple doors down someone puked in a bucket and never was cleaned up. We left at 930-10 and it was still there.

All around very good experience, didn’t stay long so didn’t use amenities

The room was filthy! Food particles around the bed and mattress. Shower has black mold in it! No microwave or coffee pot. Front desk clerk sat reading a book.

It was very clean and nice. The pool was very nice. Also the back area where you can sit and also run.

Clean room, Staff was it's nice to us. Breakfast was great. Parking was great.

There was a bug under our pillow.
