Easy check in, snacks by the front desk for purchase. Everything was clean. Parking was great. I would stay here again.

Room was very clean, staff was great, breakfast was great.

Distance in the city was a great commute to places I needed to be.

It’s was ok I never received my deposit back after saying I could get it back I paid in cash

Security is very bad, there were people drinking in the hallway for hours and even i did complaint. They were sitting and drinking for afterhours as well. So disapoinment about it. Rather than that everything is good

Our room smelled strange and door stuck which was loud every time we left the room. The bed was uncomfortable. I did not use the pool or excercise room.

Shortly before my actual stay i read some reviews on this hotel and was kind of nervous about the possibility of having a not great experience. My mind was changed quickly. The rooms are small but clean, every single staff member from the check in desk to each and every maintenance/housekeeping we walked by greeted us and wished us a nice day. We didn't have breakfast but there were alot of people that seemed to be enjoying it in the really nice lobby area. We didn't use the pool or fitness room but they both looked clean and well maintained. Great location for an overnight stay for a concert not far down the road from the hotel, easy to get to and from. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy access and quality space

Rooms could be cleaner. Crumbs in the chairs and all along the underneath of the mattresses. Bed was very uncomfortable bring your own blanket because the bedding on the beds is like a thin sheet. Ive seen better complimentary breakfast at other place. They were out of coffee and not really much to run down there for.

Have the bedsheet and comforter changed, ours got specs of chocolate, hopefully it is and not blood. Everything else is clean enough, Great staff! They will gladly be there and offer help, We love tru hotels, they all look and setup the same, smells so good everywhere you go, We ‘ve stayed on some great Tru hotels, this one is good. We enjoyed our stay, pool, breakfast and pool tables are bonus for kiddos! Very relaxing lobby too. Would stay here again.

If you’re looking for a place to rest your head, this hotel was adequate.

There was a baby cockroach in the washroom.

Great location Breakfast was terrible and the entire place felt dirty.

The room was not clean, and the bed was very uncomfortable. It was also extremely noisy, and we could clearly hear people in the other rooms. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not comfortable or relaxing.
