Clean and quiet

Great staff, clean room

Everything was great. It was standard Hilton excellence. I do feel the front desk cut up in a little more tentative.

Note that rooms are cleaned every other day. Multiple food options within walking distance. Nice yard in back for walking dogs. Pool area not kept as clean as the rest of the hotel. Great breakfast and nicely set up lobby for having breakfast no matter how many or few people. Staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. NO outdoor outlets for plug-in vehicles.

The shower was dirty..the shade in the room had blood stains on it,.the chair was stained and dirty…

Needs more attention and cleaning

The staff were all very nice the place was very clean and we had no issues with our stay

Staff was helpful, breakfast pancake "top it" was a hit with granddaughter

Room was comfortable. Bathroom couldve been a little cleaner. Staff never looked up and aknowledged us at all

Room has no coffee machine no water , the breakfast was very poor

Convenient location and friendly staff

Great property and location. Colorful, clean with a decent breakfast. The only down side on my trip was the person above my room walked around loudly between 12pm and 2am all three nights I stayed there. My sound machine couldn’t even make the sound.

Very clean and friendly service

My only issue is breakfast should go til 9:30/10 am. Don’t let the lady start closing it down before 9 am which is when it closes. Both times we stayed she started closing before 9 am!

Great place to stay if you’re in town for a concert at Michigan Lottery Amphitheater.

Nothing Staffing and privacy

Good location. near alot of food options. Not a bad hotel just had one bad thing happen There was a roach in my room. Yes a roach so they need to get to spraying their building asap cause when there’s one there’s many. The property seems clean but that’s not a good sign

When we checked into our room, there were four people staying, yet only two small bottles of shampoo/lotion were provided, the hand soap was empty, and there were only two towels available. We had a party to attend the next day, so naturally all four of us needed to shower. When we went to the front desk to request additional toiletries, the staff member made us feel as though we were trying to take extra items rather than simply asking for basic necessities. We also found the room cleanliness below expectations. The bed sheets appeared dirty, which was concerning. Throughout our stay, we had to make multiple trips downstairs just to get essentials that should have already been stocked in the room, making the experience very inconvenient. Another disappointment was being charged $3.50 for a bottle of water. Considering the amount paid for the room, it would have been nice if at least a couple of complimentary bottles of water were provided. The only positives were the hotel’s location and the breakfast, both of which were good. However, the poor customer service, lack of basic room supplies, and cleanliness issues made this stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.

Location Room smells bad

The breakfast was decent but the sausages were not good. They need to be cooked better and it would be nice to offer bacon and turkey meat as well.
