The breakfast was awful; not only were the selections incredibly poor, but the staff as well. The audacity! Families were coming down and they deliberately closed the breakfast, on the grounds that the hours of the weekends' breakfast is on different hours than the weekdays'. Incredible levels of stinginess and the staff on the breakfast were notoriously awful. I have never seen such astronomically poor performance as these.

2 people in our group chose to drive over an hour to their house after the concert instead of staying because of this. If you’re hoping to book a room that will accommodate 6 people, just know there probably aren’t any rooms that will, even though they advertise 2 beds and a pull out couch.

Mini fridge did not work. The front desk staff were useless. Housekeeping made everything good by having maintenance replace the unit within 30 minutes. Front desk called 2 hours later saying maintenance had gone home and they had no rooms to move us.. They dropped the ball

We are so glad that we chose the Sterling Heights Holiday Inn. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. They have a great breakfast spread with options that will diet most diets The hotel is also located in a good area as far as safety, but also convenience. We would definitely stay here again.
