It was worth the money

Housekeeping stole my prescription. Toilet clogged within minutes horrible stay for me

Dirty hotel , broken hair dryer , smells like cigarettes, clothes iron dose not work

Extremely dirty everywhere and whole place wreaked of cigarette smoke. Refrigerator in room was frozen shut due to freezer being completely frozen over. Asked to have refrigerator replaced and 24 hrs later, nothing done, needless to say I cut my stay short and went down the road to Hampton Inn.

Staff is amazing rooms are amazing they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is amazing

The good. The bed was really comfortable. Clean sheets comfy pillows. Water pressure was great and stayed hot. Breakfast was fine, what I was expecting after reading some reviews. Staff was friendly!

Very strong smell of cleaning products in room. Fridge did not work. Youn turning air, very strong smell of smell crystals in air conditioning unit. Couch was untouched due to very obvious stain of something. Phone unplugged- trying to plug it in, cord popped right back out which is safety concern for my thought processes. Was approached outside of building Friday night by a man who was not able to secure a room there for the evening. The man stated on property for a long time and finally moving over to nearby abounded bank parking lot- directly in line with my window on second floor. Too. Was not ready at 430 when I attempted to check in. Ice machine on second floor not working. Overall I would not stay at this property again as I have in the past and had very similar concerns but heard it was under new ownership- gave it another try, will not book for this property in the future.

I specifically booked a jacuzzi room and the tub was not working. And there were people arguing down the hallway. I was just trying to have a night to myself.

Location is great. Lots of eateries to choose from nearby. Less than a 10 min drive to the Michigan Lottery Amphitheater. Hotel is older and does NOT have an elevator. It's only a 2 story building but be prepared to lug your baggage upstairs should you happen to get a room on the 2nd floor. Room was clean and adequate for a one night stay. Breakfast was mainly all carbs (cereal, frozen waffles, bagels, toast) except for yogurt. No eggs, either. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I like that the hotel is in a great location with many eateries nearby. I didn't like that the building doesn't have an elevator. Even though it's only a 2 story building,, it's still a hassle to lug heavy baggage up flights of stairs. Also, the breakfast options could use more proteins. The offerings were mainly all carbs--bagels, bread, cereal, frozen waffles. I've stayed at other Super 8 locations where hard boiled eggs were offered chilled as a source of protein beside just yogurt. Also, other Super 8 locations have a waffle maker with batter so guests can make their own fresh waffles.

It was fine. Nothing to write home about but fine.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was the best and were helpful in helping fine stores and malls in the area. There the best!! nothing to complain about.
