The shower looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for at least 2 weeks, had a dark ring around the water that was left.

I like the staff, the pool and the size of the room We had to switch rooms because our first room was dirty and the tv didn’t work

The location was good. The tiny room was dated and old. The room was not a suite. We had a full sized bed which wasn't what was promised. The view of the parking lot wasn't great. The water in the shower drained slowly.

Daily mail service was a surprise. Tub should be removed and replaced with a walk in shower. Otherwise very well maintained.

This was an excellent hotel!! Very clean, comfortable beds, the room was very big!! A Meijer store is across the parking in case you forgot something at home or just wanted to shop. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

TV and phone did not work in room (#105). Moved to room #106, but then from desk person could not program new keys. We had to ask to have our room opened every time we came back to the room. At 11pm when we got back to the hotel, key programmer was finally working.
