Daily mail service was a surprise. Tub should be removed and replaced with a walk in shower. Otherwise very well maintained.

This was an excellent hotel!! Very clean, comfortable beds, the room was very big!! A Meijer store is across the parking in case you forgot something at home or just wanted to shop. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. We would definitely stay here again!!

Really bad
-
There was construction in the hotel which I was not informed at the time of booking.
-
It was good

Despite booking in advance and calling the week of the booking the hotel couldn’t provide adjoining rooms that we were promised on arrival. This was frustrating as we were told that we had them. Otherwise the hotel was clean and the staff was mostly courteous and helpful.

The location was great. The room was very big nice and clear. The first morning my husband was sleeping and I was getting dressed I heard a knock and then I heard the lock and someone tried to come into our room (I had the sign in the door) I had the door lock stopper on the door so they couldn't come in. I did let the front desk know and they said they would let them know to make sure they look for the sign going forward.

I loved everything about the staff the guy that was there Saturday. Absolutely loved his energy and the ladies were great and the room it was great. My fiance slipped in the bathroom, he tried to catch himself but the safety bar popped out. The manager has not gotten back to me about. How he intends to rectify what happened. That is a serious safety issue, if that had happened to my son or myself? Then what would he have done, what if he had seriously gotten hurt. He could have hit his head or something. Luckily he caught the edge of the tub and he didn't die. I asked for him the entire rest of my stay, I have already left and still haven't heard anything. We can in on Saturday and stayed til Tuesday, the event happened Saturday night. Its Tuesday night and still nothing this is unacceptable.

The staff went out of their way to help me extend my stay so I could spend more time with my son, and that meant more to me than I can properly put into words. Every interaction—from the front desk to breakfast—was warm and welcoming. When they found out why I was in town, they were incredibly supportive and encouraging. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and coming back to the hotel each night actually felt relaxing instead of lonely. That made a big difference for me. I’ve stayed in nicer hotels in terms of amenities, but this was one of the nicest experiences I’ve had because of the people Honestly, very little. If I had to mention something, the pool doesn’t open until 10:00 AM, and it would be nice if it were available earlier for guests who like to start their day with a swim. Aside from that, everything else was handled well—even when something like an ice machine wasn’t working, it was clearly communicated and there were alternatives available.

No extra pillows or towels. They are under going renovations but there should be things done to accommodate your guests

Unfortunately, the hotel was. undergoing a renovation and the whole lobby and breakfast area was under construction. To add to that insult, the computer was not working properly and we were given a room that was already occupied by someone else. When we were finally given an unoccupied room, it was adequate. I wouldn't be in a rush to return there.

Price was good, room was neat and clean keys did not work multiple times and kept having to come back to the desk. Construction was happening & there were no caution or wet floor signs and an elderly lady fell coming in right behind us, so staff was tied up with that while we had to wait.
