We were there 1 day we were greeted by Ceddeick who was nice and check us in with no problem. Room was clean and restroom was too. No issues.

My Queen Suite was big and spacious. My room was clean & well kept. Check in was a breeze, my room was ready upon my arrival. The staff was helpful & very friendly. They're my diamond in the ruff. Whenever I'm in town this is my home away from home They exceeded my expectations as they are also an extended stay property. They don't have an ice machine. And they don't provide kleenex/facial tissue in your room.

When you walked in immediately turned off by the horrible smell and the dinginess of floors paint furniture everything looked old like a motel. I paid 109 50 for 1 night the room stunk all I could smell in the hallway was Marijuana they gave 1 towel then when I checked out my 150 deposit I paid at check in was processed by hotel staff rather than not out through like I was told so I called the property and the general manager pretty much was no help at all my bank i hd to file a dispute to get my 150 back. Very unhappy and for the area and the price never again i will go out of my way to stay somewhere else The fact that I had to fight to get my 150 back when there was no damage no nothing I even turned my room keys in. The smell was awful everywhere the dinginess of the inside

The lady at the desk was unprofessional and rude during check in. No only to me but with the staff as well. I'm a business owner. She does not represent the visual cleanliness of the facility. You walk into such a beautiful place and encountering her changes everything.

It took some time to get service to check in. Once checked in, the hall had a funny smell and our room smelled like cigarettes. I was also told the incidental charge would pend and fall off when we checked out at 11 the next day. Instead it fully charged my account and has not reversed. A call to the front desk said it could take a few business days to return.

Check in was simple, the employee had everything printed and just needed a signature.

This hotel was clean and checked all the boxes in terms of what we needed for a one-night stay after a nearby concert. Check-in was extremely problematic. We were one of four couples standing in the lobby waiting to check in; the front desk had a gate down and no staffer on site, despite multiple phone calls from all of us. We waited about 15 minutes AND called corporate before someone finally showed up to check us in. When she did, she was very nice and helpful — but waiting so long with no way to contact the hotel was extremely not-ideal.

No ice machine. That would have been nice to know before our arrival. Only two thin and flat pillows in the room. Room was clean except for the pube in the toilet. The woman at the front desk was friendly. Overall it was a good stay. Even though there were a lot of people staying there for a concert down the street, it was surprisingly quiet. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Great stay for my business trip

The gentleman working the front desk was pleasant and very delightful to work with. The room was dusty and dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned properly or enough. There was still hair from previous patrons on the floor. When checking for bed bugs, we saw the mattress had a huge stain on it and the mattress pad was shredded in various spots as if it were chewed by a dog or cat. The hallway smelled like a kitchen of a restaurant.

The location wasn't bad and there was no breakfast. The beds weren't comfortable at all and to many construction trucks and equipment in the parking lot sometimes making it hard to park.

Beds are not good and pillows are terrible. Place is very loud. Not restful place to stay
