Didn't receive a full refund. The front desk was closed. Had to stand in the foyer after calling the night manager. While waiting for the night manager to let me in, I noticed a sign hanging on the door. The sign said no water from 9 am to 3 pm. I took a picture of the sign. Once the night manger let me in he was trying to check me in. He said he couldn't check me in because thr system was in an audit and it would be another 15 minutes. While standing there I looked around and noticed that the lobby was extremely dirty. At this point I was very fruatrsted and asked for a refund. Still waiting for my refund.

You get what you pay for! My friend and I were just looking for a cheap room for the night. Just a bed to sleep in after a night out, and it did just that. The fridge and the microwave were disgusting. There weren’t utensils or silverware for the full kitchen. The beds and bathroom were clean, and that’s what we needed! Staff were very helpful, parking wasn’t an issue and free.

The room was not as advertised on your website. No housekeeping service I had to take out my own trash.I would not recommend this place to no one the place is basically an apartment. People live in it someone knocked on my door and ran one night. All you here is kids playing all night long above your head the place is a hole in the wall.

Pretty much nothing. Paint in rooms was terrible, soft spot in the bathroom shower. Smelled terrible

It’s the worst firt and last time I had to ask for towels to dry my self after showering, plus they don’t provide with shampoo, no breakfast not even cookware, and strong mariguana small

TERRIBLE NIGHT ON A KING SIZE COT THAT MOVED AROUND ALL NIGHT WHY WOULD THEY RENT A ROOM LIKE THIS …. JUST BECAUSE I WAS ON EXPEDIA AND GOT A VERY CHEAP PRICE I PRESUME ….. NEVER AGAIN I WILL FIND A BETTER EXTENDED STAY NOT STERLING HEIGHTS MICHIGAN 😢😢😢
