I enjoyed my stay but one thing that could have been better the water in the bathroom was not hot. Shower was cool water at best. Other than that my stay was good.

The chaise lounge and desk chair had stains all over the fabric. The peephole was broken so my husband had to put tissue in the peephole. The water in the shower pressure was weak. The bathroom sink had a slow drain so the water took forever to go down. The microwave was broken. The best thing about the room was that it was on a high floor.

My first initial room was 206 It was beautiful but it smelled like dog urine. The lady at the desk was very helpful and gave us a different room 221 which was okay. The room was also beautiful but the carpet was filthy. The lady that serves the breakfast in the morning was very rude and disrespectful. She’s very grateful that we chose too leave our kids upstairs when we came for breakfast. The hotel was decent for the price

There was trash in the hallway, food needed to be replenished every morning we went to eat. Shower head didn't work well.☹️

Very pleasant stay the rooms were clean and the staff was. Very we had a problem with our reservation we booked 2 queen rooms and was given a Queen and a King they accommodated us with a roll away bed I always book this location because staff is always pleasant and helpful

I have now backed up to this page due to an irritating question that comes up later. When you ask who I’m traveling with, where is “spouse”? Been married 36 years to same man - would be nice to at least have it as a choice!!!

My husband and I had a studio with king bed. There was also piece of furniture I can only describe as a lounge bed. It was upholstered in fabric and very dirt. In the bathroom under one of the built in shelves in the shower, there was a substantial amount of black mold. This place needs a deep clean.

Comfortable stay. Extra kudos to Brianna who went out of her way to help me even though she looked like she didn’t feel well. Give her a raise!!

I loved the place, the tv had my name to welcome me ❤️ we utilized the pool & workout area. Both were perfect for our family. The rooms were a little small but nice

Lorenzo was amazing. He works the front desk and was extremely helpful and friendly. Traveling from out of town, he was able to points us in the direction of good places to eat. Text messages were received daily to ensure that all our needs were met. Definitely recommend!
