Best Western Warren Hotel

Great staff!

The lady at the front desk was mesmerized by her phone and couldn't understand that I was picking up a key left for me by my husband and not checking in. We got the room to utilize the pool but was told the pool wasn't working on the 2nd day. We didnt get to use it at all. However they offered us a balcony (sort of an upgrade). The room was clean other than the floss stick on the floor.

Terrible dangerous and very inconvenient

There was a smokey musty smell. The fixtures were very old.

Location Some of the staff were very rude, other people staying a couple rooms up were slamming doors and out in the halls being extremely loud from about 10pm until early hours of the morning keeping many of us in the rooms close to them up all night.

Clean room, clean hot tub and pool area, standard breakfast for hotels, staff was friendly

I nor did my son eat breakfast, my husband did and he started it was okay. The bed linen had mold and there was trash in hallway, the hallway and room smells. One sweet lady in housekeeping did change the bed linen, my though about it is, if I saw it why didn’t the person not notice it when he or she cleaned the room?

The room had a smell of stinking feet, I sprayed the room down, but the smell remained. I had a hard time getting towels, there was 4 people in the room, there was enough towels for 3. Long lines, noise.

Very accessible and friendly staff. The room had a very bad odor. Maybe the smell of mildew from the hot tub.

I didn’t eat the breakfast I did get some for my children. I don’t like turkey sausages they didn’t have nothing to choice from but my children liked it so that’s all that matters Nobody monitored the pool parents wasn’t in there with they kids it was like 20 kids in the jacuzzi ages range from 1-13 kids jumping in the pool

The property not only smelled clean it actually was very clean! Ms. Merlin and Gloria made was feel like we was at home! This was the absolute best of the best western I’ve ever stayed in!

I like only the location. Stuff not friendly. They did not even say Hi hello. AC was leaking water in room #219. Room was not cleaned after first night. The room smell was like bleaching powder. I will not choose Best western in future.

Noise till mid night

I've been coming here with my family for years now, usually Christmas weekend and birthday parties. The biggest concern is the kids with parents that don't watch them. There is no staff in the pool area so the kids do way more than they're supposed to and the parents or staff don't say anything.

Very clean, conveniently located. Friendly staff. Pool made you wear wristbands.

The parking lot is extremely busy and small. The pool and hotel was full of kids everywhere for a birthday party so i didn’t get to relax or use the jacuzzi unfortunately.
