Best Western Warren Hotel

Clean room, quiet and cooling unit , refrigerator and microwave units all were clean and worked as intended quietly. Towels were in short supply in room while there wasn't much to offer on television. This seems to be standard throughout hotel chains today. So bringing a tablet or laptop is essential for movie watching or catching up on sports or weather channels. Indoor pool was crowded as usual, but safety and occupancy standards were maintained this was a vast improvement over previous visits, good job . Overall good 2 day stay .

The pool was very dirty and there were no towels the first night we got there. The breakfast the next morning did not have pancakes and the eggs had a very weird taste. The lady at the breakfast shut the light off and proceeded to kick people out right at 9 AM, even though there was a bunch of food left that could have been eaten, versus throwing it out, or worse reusing it for the next morning. I believe that's why the eggs had a gross taste, as they likely had the leftover eggs from the previous morning mixed in. Definitely not staying there again.

I liked they had a hot tub. There was a hotel closer to my location for $60 more but didn’t have a hot tub and that’s a necessity. The staff was helpful and always present. There seemed to be a strange oder and stains in the elevator. I also wish the blinds closed all the way.

Hotel seemed clean but in need of repairs. Carpet in my room was old, dated, and coming up with the tack strip showing. Mattress on the bed was on the firm side, not super comfortable. It was nice to be able to use the jacuzzi bathtub. Breakfast was typical for a Best Western. Not sure if I would stay there again although the location is convenient to where we were visiting.

Bugs halfway cleaned box spring corroded checked out immediately was offered discount for another room but being honest bugs migrate both service guest seen the issues and still denied refund asked to speak to manager no where to be found

The size of the bed & the room size. The TV was cool too. It was a weird smell in the hallways. The hallways were dirty. The blankets were dingy & stained.

Nothing Everything there was ass

Maybe keep them at the desk to help with maintenance. Not a very good breakfast...no waffles for my hu by on his bday..those are his favorite..wasn't expecting that to happen.

Hot tub was cool, had a good time....

My room was clean and smelled amazing. I had a room with a jetted tub but the jets didn't work so that's why I gave 3 stars. Other than that the experience was nice.
