Best Western Warren Hotel

Nice location and comfy. Almost a week later and still can’t tell me where my $100 deposit is.

The room Telling me how many people can be in my room and saying we have to wear wristband

Room was clean and comfortable. Hallway carpet was dirty but it was the middle of the night when i checked in. Breakfast was nice. I didn’t check out the pool but you can smell the chlorine when you enter the lobby so I’m sure it’s nice.

the bedding on the room wasn’t clean at all , definitely need new sheets and stuff . so you can sleep comfortably and enjoy your stay

My previous hotel unexpectedly cancelled my reservation, which left me in a difficult situation and at risk of being overcharged. Expedia was incredibly helpful throughout the process, covering the additional charges and assisting me with relocating to a much better property. I really appreciate Expedia’s support and quick response during an unexpected situation. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!

I never got my deposit back so I lost a hundred dollars for absolutely no reason at least they couldn’t give me one when I called and they blamed it on my bank my bank said they never received anything from best western so I will never go back to a best western

There were a lot of kids having birthday parties to utilize the pool so we were not able to enjoy that amenity… the kids were also running thru the halls at all hours of the night. Breakfast was cold and kids had ransacked the entire set up. As long as you’re just looking for a quick place to lay your head and don’t mind all the inconveniences I listed, it’s an okay place to stay for the price.

didn't have the breakfast too many people and the place was dirty I had to ask to have the jacuzzi cleaned in my room before I could use it and then house keeping argued with me on how it was clean, even though there was visible white power all over the black jacuzzi. I had to whip my hand in it and show her. Then she cleaned it but proceeded to step in the jacuzzi with her shoes on to wipe the mirrors. The shower in the bathroom was dirty there were dirty finger prints on the top of the shower mold growing on the sealing along with hair from whomever was in the room before me in the shower. Also how are you going to have a jacuzzi room on the first floor and not have fully private window shades. I had to make sure there wasn't anyone in the car parked right outside my room to be able to use the jacuzzi as you can see right into the room. I had a woman that was a guest at the hotel let me know that she could see me through the window getting dressed. Also with the parking lot lights the room is very bright at night when you're trying to sleep.

I liked the pool and the hot tub the most. The room was cozy and the breakfast was awesomely delicious too!
