2. Do NOT sleep in the sofa bed. We asked for the sofa bed to be made prior to our arrival, and they never got back to us and due to understaffing at night they were unable to help us with this when we arrived. So we had to make the sofa bed ourselves and found it extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. The mattress completely sinks in the middle. We confirmed with our friends who were staying in the same hotel and they had the same issue with their sofa beds. It is clear the hotel does not replace or maintain the sofa beds at all and bank on people not using it. 3. The hotel itself was also not very clean. There were red solo cups and trash in the hallways, elevator, and common areas.

I liked the guy working the desk. He tried so hard to accommodate my wheelchair bound mother. The rooms are amazing! They are so modern and clean! The TV said welcome Joel in my room! The food was delicious too and there was lots of variety! I especially loved the oatmeal! I didn't like that there was no roll in shower, no commod, & no shower chair. The pool was very cold, but the description says heated pool. The water was very cloudy and people were carving their names and graffiti into the mold buildup on the pool walls! The lift chair didn't work amd so my mother could not get into the pool. The guy called the owner but never resolved the issue nor got back with me on it. The hotel really needs to work harder to change their accommodation to handicapped guests.

I booked my room weeks ahead and once I arrived to this hotel location they gave me a different room. Telling me they are out of the room I payed for and will get me my right room next day available. My kids had to sleep on a thin couch for 2 whole nights because they didn’t give me my right room with the 2 beds. They told me there is no more 2 beds and they can’t do anything about it. I asked why did you let me book and pay for something you all didn’t have then. You wait till me and my family get here to tell us this and not over the phone or email. We were visiting Detroit. They couldn’t answer me.. so I canceled my stay and I want a refund of the days I couldn’t stay. Wrong room and didn’t care to help me and my family. I’ll never stay at this hotel again.

It was very loud. People were up late yelling in the hallway. I know that doesn’t say anything about the staff or hotel, but it drastically affected our stay.

This hotel was clean, it is close to many restaurants and shopping areas. We enjoyed many of the nearby activities and events in the surrounding cities making this a perfect location.
