I loved the food bar and pool was awesome. The inside of the hotel was clean and staff was nice. They were stingy when it comes to there wash rags . I asked for extra in the room and it wasn't. When asked for more they only given a few more.

The breakfast was great. Spacious area. Walk-in shower was great. Places to charge phones and plugs on both sides of the bed. Hand soap in a bottle at the sink. Water pressure was low, but not impossible to work with. The couch/sofa bed was not comfortable for a couch to sit on.

Easy to get in and out of, but the parking lot is a little small small. The room was clean and large enough and had all the amenities we needed. And the water was hot in the shower, which is very important! if we would’ve had enough time, we would’ve used the pool and other amenities The only thing we were unhappy about was the hot food for the breakfast, which wasn’t very hot and wasn’t very tasty.

I appreciate the staff for moving me to another room given the issues present with the initial room. The second room was an improvement, but need a deeper cleaning. The first room was dirty, damaged, and had a strong odor.

The breakfast was lacking in edible product. The property allowed a huge party at the pool... we could not utilize the pool for both days of our stay because 20+ children were running around... The floors and you could hear running and jumping above us as we were trying to sleep

The messed up on our reservation but they corrected it before I even got there. Front desk very helpful and friendly.

I didn't swim in pool much since it was small and lots of kids but not bad. Rooms were clean. I traveled with 4 kids ages from 5 through 10 and it was good.

Breakfast was wonderful, access to pool, clean room for the most part. Very accommodating. Our blow dryer didn't work they sent one right away ❤️ The mattress covers had blood and juice spilled on them they clearly hadn't been washed. Thank God their was clean sheets over it. We check all beds upon arrival for bugs. No bugs just blood and juice
