Best hotel I stayed at in a long time in the Ohio/MI area and with such a reasonable price.

Staff was very pleasant, but check in seemed to take a long time. It was late and maybe we were just tired. The room was comfortable and reasonably priced. I would have preferred a bit more protein for breakfast.

Every thing was cool until we learned that the hotel doesn’t have daily maintenance available. Our toilet handle broke and there wasn’t any maintenance on staff to fix it, they tried switching our room but couldn’t find one the size we had which was a suite. Nonetheless they allowed us to remove a toilet handle from another room to place on our toilet.

Good price and breakfast included. Bathroom configuration was awkward - shower/toilet was hard to change inside and not many places to put items, and sink was outside the bathroom right in front of the closet.

It appears to be under new ownership and has been renovated. Overall it was great but there were no towel racks in the room so the were using grab bars by the toilet for towel racks. Also, there is no in room coffee maker. The desk clerk said management thinks that is easier for house keeping. It meant I had to get dressed and trek down from the fourth floor for my morning coffee. The bathroom fan was not working and was caked with dust. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was clean, night staff were friendly, beds were comfy Breakfast was very slim. All hot foods were gone by 9:30am and were not refilled at all even when breakfast went until 10am.

Location, central to our purposes Breakfast was sufficient, not crowded. First room commode wasn't working, second room shower kept leaking water outside shower and bathroom area. Room humidity wasn't consistent, if fan was not blowing the air in the room became stuffy & hot immediately
