Dirty no deposit return

The room was clean. 1.The place smells like some kind of chemical that they spray. 2. Was traveling with my 80-year-old father that requires assistance and requested two rooms next to each other. One of them handicapped. They were not able to put the rooms next to each other so I had to keep going from one floor to another to help and assist my father. 3. It's an extended stay but no cups or any silverware, pots pans or nothing. 4.O yeah I had to check out an iron and iron table so I can iron my suit.

It was okay, not the nicest, but it did the job.

Overall pretty clean for a night stay. Definitely smells like mids and chemicals- but good enough for a cheap clean stay over for work.

How small the room was & having to pay for decent Wi-Fi.

Two things going for it, it is new and across from a shopping center. No breakfast but coffee. No housekeeping, a sign in the bathroom said towels are changed every 2 weeks. Kitchenette but no silver, plates or cookware. Mattress so soft I kept sliding off. Vinyl floors good for pets but hard on feet. Cold water the first 5 minutes in the shower.

Location and dishwasher. Very overpriced, Springs wore out on mattress, dirty room, the thing running the front desk, parking is a nightmare, very thin walls can hear everything your “neighbors” do and say, auto light in bathroom shuts off while in shower.

The hotel was really new and modern, but there was no breakfast and no amenities. There was a cat cafe and some nice restaurants within walking distance and close access to Highway 7.

The room was filthy. I had to borrow a broom, dustpan and cleaning spray to wash the entire room, including the bathroom. The staff didn’t seem the least bit concerned.

Check in was late but other than that it was excellent

Clean room, excellent staff

This is a very barebones place. It’s pretty clean but not spotless, and smells strongly of cheap cleaners. The workout room is good but not really usable because it serves as a privacy room for phone calls. I found the bed comfortable and clean. The towel situation was odd: no hand towels but plenty of clean bath towels and washcloths. As far as toiletries they left some shampoo and a bar of soap. They refresh it every 14 days if you stay there that long, so the soap and shampoo are just to tide you over until you can get to the store. If you plan to use the kitchen you need to bring absolutely everything. It’s empty. But very functional. The staff speaks very little English but are as helpful as they are able. Not a bad deal for the money.

Location Registration did not understand how to register guests. Room filthy, not cleaned between guests, last guest clothing still left in drawers, common areas covered in mud from construction workers/guests. Lots of drinking in common areas, evidence of drunken guest problem as door to one guest room broken in half by drunken guest.

They don’t tell you in the add that the cookware , dishes and coffee maker are all $30 each extra for a total of $90 + tax I will not be back.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the people above me sounded like they were coming through the ceiling.
