Book a room then when got there they said no room available. Trash hotel.

This hotel did not hold my reservation. Went to check in, reservation was in the hotel system, but no room available and no solution.

Good location. Bed was comfy A/c made horrible noises. Iron didn’t work. Shower had no water pressure. Cockroaches on the floor. Free breakfast was nutrigrain bars and muffins. Front desk attendant was on their phone watching YouTube in another room and I had to make a bunch of noise for them to even realize I was there. I’ve stayed at worse places, but definitely not very good for the price.

When we arrived, the microwave is dirty, the bathroom with hair., in the corridors and stairs, it smelled of urine.

The bed was small and uncomfortable There was a lot of hair in the bathroom The refrigerator stunk The floors were not cleaned The water didn’t drain and the toilet didn’t flush all the way

They treated us very well and were very polite and understanding

The bathtub was not clean ir has black spots and t also the kitchen on general was dirty the got a chair was nasty full of white spots no recommend

Disgusting! inside & out, Building is heavily infested with roaches. Not a welcoming environment at the front desk with all staff.

Location Uncomfortable bed and noisy

The location was convenient and parking was easy. The room had an unpleasant smell. There was hair in multiple areas, and the towels did not seem clean.

Room had odd smell and had a general, unclean feel No coffee maker in room, but front desk provided one when I asked.

It was in a safe area The rooms were unclean, I went into 3 different rooms and each had hair in the beds

I checked in and checked right back out. As soon as I walked into the room there was a terrible odor inside. The carpet and linens were in terrible condition. 5-10 minutes after walking in I noticed black spots on my feet’s skin. I take a closer look and there was black bugs that jumped off as soon as I tried to touch to see what it was. I immediately collected my things went back to the lobby and asked for a refund. I have never experienced seeing fleas in a hotel room even an extended stay. Absolutely horrifying experience.

The bed was sunken and very soft. When you go down the stairs, there’s a strong smell of urine. My car was hit in the parking lot, and they don’t have cameras or take any responsibility.

It was conveniently located The room smelled so heavily of cigarette smoke that every one of our belongings reeked afterwards. The shower was dirty. Car alarms going off in the morning. “Breakfast” was not even continental.
