Extended Stay America Suites Washington DC Sterling

Great staff and clean room

Disgusting

It's okay 👍

Easy check in and process. Wish they had restrooms in the lobby. But everything g was great

The breakfast was a coffee and a protein bar they didn’t have anything else like a fruit or yogurt

Nothing

Very poor value for the money. This is basically a low rent apartment. Check in counter full of amazon deliveries for the residents. Front desk attendant was actually shocked somebody was checking in. First room had door propped open and was not clean. This was early evening and housekeeping has certainly already left. Second room was smelly and had blue painters tape denoting needed repairs. Wood floors means you hear upstairs moving a chair loudly. Bathroom was relatively clean. Some hairs on the one piece plastic shower/tub enclosure. Full size fridge, stovetop and sink. No utensils or plates but they are Available apparently. The air and space museum has better quality toilet paper. No improvement possible or necessary just vastly overpriced for a supposed hotel with breakfast.

Passable

Horrible Roaches everywhere!!

Pleasant

thanks

Leaving the property When I tried to check in nobody was there to do so. Had to book another hotel.

The staff was great There was blood on the mattress. The power went out. The room phone wasn't working. It was humid smelling. The bed was hard

Book a room then when got there they said no room available. Trash hotel.

This hotel did not hold my reservation. Went to check in, reservation was in the hotel system, but no room available and no solution.

A/c made horrible noises. Iron didn’t work. Shower had no water pressure. Cockroaches on the floor. Free breakfast was nutrigrain bars and muffins. Front desk attendant was on their phone watching YouTube in another room and I had to make a bunch of noise for them to even realize I was there. I’ve stayed at worse places, but definitely not very good for the price.

When we arrived, the microwave is dirty, the bathroom with hair., in the corridors and stairs, it smelled of urine.
