Hampton Inn Dulles - Cascades

Great location for a night before a flight. Breakfast was hot and pretty decent. Room was spacious and bathroom had lots of counter space. Overall, very nice stay and would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed here before on several occasions. This time I was unable to long on to the wifi. I called the front desk and they said it was because of the way my name was entered. I changed how I entered my name but the wifi still did not work so I just went to bed.

Clean and new property with friendly and helpful staff!

A/c and fridge stopped working. Though they were replaced very quickly by friendly staff, it was a hassle and should have been maintained.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast. Hanan was very helpful.

The Hotel was great. The staff was very helpful. They took me to the airport suggested to me how to get to the capital. Drivers were great to talk too.

The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very nice breakfast bar - cereal to waffles or eggs and meat. Will be back.

My favorite hotel in Washington, although this time, there were a couple of things off - I hope it doesn’t signal a downward spiral… one of the two washers and one of the two dryers are broken, there was a sign discouraging the use of the elevators to avoid overheating - and three of the four cushions smelled really bad. All fixable things, but only if it is not a sign of a general neglect… have it seen in other hotels. We will go back in 2 weeks anyway because we like the very friendly staff, breakfast, and the convenience of the location. But please, fix the small stuff!

Great place to stay.

The internet connection is awful. This morning I almost lose my Uber because of that. Getting or making phone calls from my room was horrible. I had to walk through the hall to the elevators’ area to talk. I came here for work and just one single night was enough to realize and doubt whether or not I should return. Even worse, I was the whole morning working out of the hotel, came back at about 11:35 and called the front desk to please allow me to stay until 1:00 pm because I was tired and needed to sleep a bit before going to the IAD airport. The same lady that in the morning told me to set out my Uber trip outside the premises because “sometimes we don’t have internet connection”, told then that I had to pay an extra fee of $50.00 dollars to remain one hour more getting some rest. Now it is 1:00, I am at the airport, my flight is scheduled for 5:45 PM because rules are rules … and the pay or leave policy. Again, my family, colleagues and I, frequent Hampton Inn for more than 10 years and this experience had been very disappointing.

The front desk staff was awesome and very helpful. We had air conditioning problem and maintenance came to fix it quickly. The only issue was housekeeping never came into our room, I had to go get clean towels every evening.

The plumbing was messed up in the bathroom affecting showers, flushing, and the sink. Also, the shower wasn’t cleaned from top to bottom. I know this because I found someone else’s razor cap where the soap holder is along with a soap ring that looks to have been created by a bottle of some sort. Overall, my experience was okay.

It really convenient with everything the Stephen nice the place are really clean. The breakfast were good about all everything excellent.

Room was spacious and very clean with comfortable beds . The staff including front desk and General Manager were very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was great. Location was very convenient to DC and Dulles AP. Neighborhood was quiet and safe!! Location was close to food, restaurants and shopping. Wonder fast food offered almost anything to eat that you would ever want for lunch and dinner!! We would definitely recommend and stay again. We were there 5 nights

We normally love this property only problem we had was the power went out so we had to swap hotels during our stay
