Fast and easy check in, room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Even though we were the first room next to the breakfast area it wasn’t that noisy.

At check-in, I requested a room in a quieter area because I am a light sleeper. The receptionist initially assigned me the first room off the lobby, where I could clearly hear guests checking in and all of the lobby activity. When I returned to ask if there was a quieter room available on the second or third floor, I was told the only remaining option was a room directly across from the elevator. After settling into that room, I discovered the toilet was already clogged before I had even used it. When I called the front desk, a young employee brought me a plunger and expected me to unclog the toilet myself. I found this to be unacceptable, especially since the issue existed before I checked in. To make matters worse, I couldn’t even take a shower because it had hair throughout it, as though someone had recently shaved and it had not been cleaned before my arrival. Overall, this was a very disappointing customer service experience. Between the lack of accommodation, the cleanliness issues, and being asked to fix a maintenance problem myself, I did not feel like the room had been properly prepared for guests. Based on this experience, I would not stay at this location again, nor would I choose another La Quinta in the future.

I liked the wood floors as opposed to a rug felt much cleaner and aesthetically pleasing, everything seemed to be nice and clean

No conditioner in shower, breakfast was ok, but spartan, beds were so soft, you sunk in them as soon as you sat down. Tiny pillows were difficult to sleep with. Limited TV channel options, though the set itself was very good. Staff were nice, but I usually stay in Holiday Inn Express hotels and this was not of the same caliber.

Great location and comfortable beds

Every single time I come to Palmer, MA to ride motorcycles at Palmer Motorports I stay at La Quinta. It's a fantastic experience every single time.

Breakfast offerings were very sparse, was not impressed.

Very friendly staff! Clean room! Very comfy! Great breakfast! Trying to turn onto the road from the property took some time. Could’ve been because of the weekend not sure, but took like 4-5 minutes.

Breakfast was barely there. Had to ask attendant for scrambled eggs and sausages.
