Good location to Sturbridge Village We were there (2) nights. No one came in to re-supply the room. We had to ask for more linens. Then they brought the wrong thing. What ever happened to room service cleaning up your room while you were out?

Good location for us we stayed on the first floor which was helpful for my partner who has a walker easy to get to our room Could of had a little more options for breakfast

good room, clean. i didnt like the color temperature of the lamps though. i wish it were warmer tones to feel more at home and less like an office or classroom.

The hotel was in a good location. The room was clean. It was apparent that there was a lack of staff. The sliding mirrored glass closet doors would not open or close. The phone in our room was not working. The poor woman manning the desk was so pleasant when checking us in, but not present later because she was busy assisting guests with other maintenance isssues! When we returned to the room around 11:30pm, no one was at the desk?! No tissues were in the room, just a sticky, empty tissue box, with 3 tissues lying on top. There are no safes available anywhere in this establishment. Breakfast had one banana left and a scant amount of eggs. At 8:45am- really?? Lastly, no nite lights present in room and there is a small ledge to be aware of when meandering to BR in the middle of the nite. I have stayed at far better La Quintas. This one needed some cash flow put into their staffing/maintenance and complimentary breakfast.

The only reason I booked this hotel was because she’s The Hampton Inn Sturbridge was totally booked
