Parking let a mess, facility worn out and no restaurant etc. balcony look rotted. My wife felt like we were in the "Shining" and that the place seemed creepy. seemed dark and dingy

While the staff was lovely the hot tub restaurant and bar were not operational and will not be for the foreseeable future. I feel Expedia needs to adjust the photos and information as the hotel has accurate info on thier site but Expedia did not. These details were the reason I booked this site and not having any of them impacted my stay considerably. The hotel is very old and worn and in process of upgrades but nothing has been completed. The dock was underwater and paddle boats not usable. The lake was lovely once I was moved from the original booked lake view which had no lake view. Staff kindly moved me to a better view.

needs major updating and nicer landscaping outside

Beds were rock hard and terrible to sleep on.

The website says they have fire pits, a dock for boating and a jacuzzi… the dock is sinking into the water and is closed, the jacuzzi is covered and closed and when we asked if we could use the firepit we were told no with no further explanation.. the pool area is gross, the cushions are literally brown you can tell the original color is blue the beach area was closed for swimming. Pretty much all the amenity’s we went for weren’t there. False advertising for sure.

The hotel was definitely dated. There seems to be some renovations happening. Very limited staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was nice. Overpriced for what you got, in my opinion. I guessing when it was built, it was quite something. It’s just been let go. Hopefully, they will turn it around.

They are under construction. Restaurant and bar are closed. Arcades for the kids but the machines don't work. The pool is heated but barely can see the pool needs a scrub. Pot holes in the parking area.

Unfortunately this hotel is very outdated and smells very musty. We felt like the only people there. The staff was pleasant but truthfully only saw the person at the front desk. We stayed there years ago and it was great. I hope they can bring it back to life.

This hotel saw better days. It’s run down, not well maintained, dirty and uncomfortable. For the price they are charging per room you can find much better hotel.

The hotel was very dated and not very well maintained. Definitely not a 3 star as indicated by the reviews. The front lobby was torn apart. We were sent down several hallways of which had stained walls and a hole in one spot, to reach our room. The flooring in our room was sticky like dirty carpet and the linens on the bed although clean were also sticky almost like a high humidity room. The amenities in the room were sparse with a tiny coffee maker and 1 bottle of sample size shampoo/conditioner combo. Rating falls more in line with 2 star Motel 6 style. I would consider one of the other 4-5 motels in the immediate area instead of this one.
-
A lot of water dripped into the room overnight, some of it on the bed. The hotel should have known the rooms leak. When I asked the next morning for a refund, they told me to go through the website where I booked the room--not good enough.

Not worth the money they charge
-
Yes! Disappointed as we selected Proceline guaranteed 3 star blind booking and ended up in a filthy, rundown 1 star with stained ceilings and walls, filthy carpet, mold smells and very poor mattresses and linens.
-
Restaurant and bar were closed no fridge or microwave in room
-
It was a beautiful indoor pool. The room had a foul odor on arrival. Resolved with candles and air on. No refrigerator and could not get one as they didn’t have enough to accommodate us. Overall indoor pool was wonderful, room was spacious.
-
Clean enough, but dingy. Parking lot has weeds sprouting up through the asphalt like its an abandoned building. AC didn't start working until several hours after being turned on. Pillows were absymal.
-
Rooms were clean but some things were not working. Staff was nice and accommodating
-
Beautiful setting but needs renovation. Lovely staff

Dated and smells

The location was great. The setting was peaceful and quiet. I felt the furniture could be better. It felt cheaper than most places I have stayed at.
