No working ice machine on my whole stay and hot tub not in use ..that's an amenity I came for is my back psyiatic nerve and it says it working but staff said no hot tub 😂

Hot tub heater was broken so not hot. Hot water in shower was just beyond lukewarm. However, facility was clean modern and very comfortable. Location was perfect as we were there for a wedding at the Public house and could walk. Breakfast buffet was suburb!!

Check in was great, front desk was welcoming & friendly. Room was simple but very clean and comfortable. Great location, close to Sturbridge & Worcester but not overly loud even though it was pretty close to one of the main roads. Would definitely recommend.

The renovations were nice, the pool and gym looked great, breakfast was really good. I do miss the cozy feeling of the lobby the way it used to be. Very quiet. We stay a lot so it was great!

I will come here again the rooms where clean a s the staff was nice and I didn’t care for the breakfast the eggs wasn’t seasoned and the hot tub was my favorite

We requested a room with handicap access. What we got was anything but. The room was at the end of a very long hallway, a distance that was nearly impossible for the handicapped individual.

We enjoyed our stay in the area for small wedding. The staff was very accommodating with moving us close together. The rooms were ultra clean.

The pool and hot tub were great. The room was clean and comfortable. And the free breakfast well it’s great to have the food ready when you are. We will be back.
