Comfort Inn & Suites Sturbridge - Brimfield

We stayed in one of the outside rooms and it was extremely clean, comfortable, and up to date decor. The lighting was excellent in the room and the bathroom. We felt very safe. The pool and hot tub amenities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast in the morning offered a variety of choices and it all was enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this location.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly and answered my questions with a friendly smile. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options for everyone. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and enjoyable. I would stay here again.

Clean Bed was a bit hard

I didn’t get the room that I paid for and then after I mentioned that I was in the wrong room for some reason every time I left my room and I came back to the hotel. My key will not open the door so I went three stories up in an elevator my key didn’t work and then I had to go back down to reset my key, but I think that was done because I complained about I did not get the room I paid for

We liked everything from walking in to checking out

Everything was excellent, the one thing was the window on the outside was not clean. Couldn't see out. Enjoyed the new decor and the mural.

overall the place is clean and nice. Hot tub and pool are nice. overall the place is clean and nice. However, the most important part was lacking. Mattress was so so. Pillows were terrible, we could not get a good night sleep at all.

Second time staying here. The room was clean, no complaints about that. But this time the bed was uncomfortable, woke up with terrible backaches. The outside pool was closed and apparently not opening for the whole season, and we asked for a later check out (even willing to pay) and they only allowed 30 minutes, even though the hotel was basically empty. It’s a good location but this stay was disappointing. Don’t know if I’ll be back.

Rooms were great. We requested handicap accessible room which was perfect for us. Bedding was very very comfy. Parking was difficult for late arrivals.

Great location. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kids loved playing in the indoor pool.

Clean and updated

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Pulling up to the property, I didn’t think much of where I was staying. But upon entering the hotel, Ben, the front desk staff member, greeted me very pleasantly. Although my room wasn’t ready, he made sure I had all that I needed to come back later. When I came back to check my room it was ready and Ben actually gave me a double instead of a single suite. I went up to my room and it was extremely clean and spacious. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay there immensely. It wasn’t fancy, it was no frills but it was a wonderful, comforting feeling staying there. It was close to amenities, restaurants, museums and other recreational places. I will definitely stay there again if I’m headed out to Sturbridge.
