Great place to stay and the Patel family are wonderful people. I'd recommend this property to anyone. Really give star place to stay anytime if the year.

The staff were very helpful and nice. Hotel condition was what I expected for a 2-star room

The location was very good for our purposes. Was one floor motel so could easily bring our bikes in for the evening and still had plenty of space in the room. Great shower, plenty of water pressure rain shower fixtures. Curtains were not easy to slide shut.

You get what you pay for.

My only complaint was that the listing stated breakfast was included and the breakfast area was closed up when we checked out at 8am.

We stay in Sturbridge often , it was our first time at this motel ,and we'd never go back..

very quiet and the beds were comfortable also the bathroom shower was very modern with led lights and sprays from different angles a little too close to the street but with the ac on no problem

The room was large and clean, bed comfortable, shower excellent, AC effective. Some street noise (my room was close to the street). Management might consider installing lamps next to the beds and providing plastic or paper cups in the bathroom. But overall, it's a convenient, comfortable place to stay, and I would certainly stop there again.

When booking Hotels said there was 24 hour desk when we arrive late we ended up waking the poor gentleman up to check in since the office was locked. For a one night stay it was fine. Clean enough.

Very, very, very basic level of stay.

The bedsheets on one of the beds had a tear and some stains. Very disappointed in the linens. The clerk gave us a refund which we were thankful for.

VERY BAD. They refused to honor previously quoted rate, cancelling a reservation booked far ahead of time the day of arrival. Refused to accommodate. Beyond that we wouldn’t consider staying at this hotel again. The first impression was the sloppy paint job on the doors then the dingy looking coverlet, thin towels, bad fitting toilet seat that slipped when you sat, outlets so loose that plugs fell right out as well the lingering smell of smoke in a non smoking room. These things may not matter to everyone but we mention them because we would have gone elsewhere if we had been told what to expect.

When we first arrived, we needed to be put in another room because our original room had a terrible smell to it. The staff was accommodating for this, however, kept trying to make excuses for what the smell in the room was. I later realized that they heat with natural gas and I am concerned that is what I was smelling in the original room. The next room they moved us into smelled better however it was terribly kept up. All the linens were dingy, molding in the bathroom, looked rotted at the bottom, the furniture was in terrible shape, very springy mattress. The check-in area was extremely messy and cluttered with random items. I would never stay here again.

Sheets were filthy.
