Did not like much of my stay here Most everything including staff. Was more like a cheap motel at hotel prices with no amenities. They charged me 100 for a dirty towel while at hotels people usually steal them.

The bathroom fan worked fine at first, but soon after, it made a grinding sound. The bathroom mirror had a warm glow, which worked well during the night, but was too dim for grooming in the morning. Both of our beds were comfortable, and we had a choice of pillows to suit our preferences. We liked the cheery walls and main room. There were no hangers and only 3 hooks for clothes, but we made do for only an overnight. The owner readily assisted us with the TV, and explained the complicated shower.

Did not have breakfast. The owners are very nice and welcoming. They went out of their way to be sure our room was ready A few upgrades are needed such as places to hang clothing in both the room and bathroom. Tissues in the rooms A bedside lamp instead of ceiling lights Parking was very tight

If you are looking for a clean place to sleep. This is just right.

My stay was very comfy and nice. room was very clean I loved the shower they have shower jet very good with water pressure. I definitely stay there again and again it family owns business and they take care you like family.

Shaws is just right there and Condesa Mexican rest. Beside that there is nothing else I don’t like the owners, at 9:40 they kick you out, they make you wait outside until twelve and then they over charge you with a 100 dollars out of nowhere. The owners fight all the time with the ppl that stays there and is basically a crackhead hotel, a lot of drugs dealers prostitute mental illness are present in that place. The smell of fungus in each room is horrible, the smell of curry at the office is horrible, the treat to the public is horrible, they scam you they will over charge you, they do grimy business and there is nothing in that place beside problems and problems with the owners those ppl are racist they don’t like white ppl or Hispanic very racist. I won’t recommend this place for nothing

Slept on bed spread which also had stains. No amenities to speak of. Staff friendly. The property is old and overall maintenance seemed poor. I help run an Airbnb and would never allow a guest to stay in a place in this condition. For the price it's outrageous. Sorry, I think they're doing the best they can but don't have the resources to invest in the business IMO.

Clean room, nice breakfast. Convenient to highway and easy to get to downtown Waterville. Staff was very friendly.

Right off the highway, cheap. We needed a cheap stay - no complaints

I liked how it was pretty quiet and there was stores that we could walk to, that was convienent. The staff walked into our room without knocking, charged us more then what we had to pay, and tried having us leave before the set time we were supposed to.
