Excellent location near Old Strubridge Village and other shopping and dining options. I rebooked to stay here twice after a really good first stay. Only drawback we experienced was a fair amount of noise through the walls to adjoining rooms / bathrooms. Could have been quieter from that perspective.

I was told that booking.com needed to reach out to the hotel so I can get my 30% discount for the room being totally disgusting. I think I should not pay for anything. They need to clean their room better and pay attention

Breakfast was acceptable. Cleanliness was poor. There were dead flies in the corners and potato chip crumbs in the cabinets. The soap containers in the shower were empty.

Staff was exceptionally friendly at check in and check out and helpful. Good location. Room was comfortable, clean and very quiet even though I was next to an elevator. Would highly recommend!

Check-in process seemed a bit long and dragged out. However, the room was fairly new and clean. A/C worked well and it was quiet. Have actually booked to stay there again on my return trip.

I chose this hotel because of its pool. When we arrived it said "pool closed until further notice." There was no attempt to fix it. The room towels were completely diisgusting--rough, dry and dingy grey. Looked like 1 billion people had already used them. Similarly the juice machine was broken, with no one there to fix it. Fortunately, it was fixed the next day. Staff was particularly not helpful or knowlegeable. They had no advice about where to get a good lobster roll, or info about Sturbridge Villages.
