Staff kept entering room

It was good and the location was good the remote we had in our room didn't work the tv. My husband had to use hid light on his phone to use the buttons on the side to turn it on and change the channels

Parking wasn’t the best, but everything else was great! It would just be nice if they had dedicated spots for the rooms

It was convenient. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but definitely in need of a redo. It was rather seedy. Could use a redo

Everything is Good and very Good.

Just stayed overnight but very convenient to Sturbridge Village and many places to eat. The person at reception was very pleasant and helpful. Had my dog with me and it was easy.

we would never go back after being greeted by an AI kiosk in the registration. area to check in that was awful we asked to be checked in by a person. the desk person had zero idea about the area or any restaurants to recommend. he was clueless. the rooms were nice inside. the outside was old and shabby and cigarette butts but with lots of flowers. we would never go back.

Part of the reason we stayed there was for the continental breakfast. It was basically non existent. 3 rotten bananas, a few apples and a coffee machine that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in the last decade. The stairs up to the second floor were pretty sketchy also.

They did not offer decaf coffee to their customers at their measly breakfast. Just did not feel that for the money the service/accommodations were equal

Everything was excellent except friendly staff, clean room and all the areas, easy to park and the views 100/10

Breakfast options skinny. Worst on our trip from Florida to Maine.

It was conveniently located to the highway and food. Expensive. WiFi was not free and to rooms were dreary with very bad lighting, making it gloomy inside. The chair in the room was filthy.

The room was fine for one night. This is not a fancy hotel but the room was updated and clean. I did not like the kiosk used for check-in when the desk agent was not available. The kiosk did not allow me to keep all of my information private and it was slow! It was unable to provide room keys which is supposed to be part of its function. I think during busy times the hotel needs to employ extra staff rather than use a kiosk

Bloody solid motel, located in a decent area and the AC is impeccable I never felt hot a day there. The staff are friendly but housekeeping seems to never understand what you need but they're doing their best. Safe locks, a cute and comfy environment, and I'd highly recommend.

Cigarette butts everywhere in the ground right outside the doors . Poorly maintained. No parking. Snow wasn’t plowed at the time.

I am now extremely wary of reviews here. They claimed this place was clean. It's not, it was filthy. Disinfectant wipes came away grey or black when we wiped light switches, door handles, etc. There was daylight shining through the gaps in the locked door. There was spackle and caulk hardened on many surfaces, telling you this remodel was poorly done, and only for pictures. The shower made a noise like a jackhammer, and so did our neighbors. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin, so this was noticeable. People just walking above us made toouch noise to sleep. Reviews here say the breakfast is surprisingly good. It sucks. Paltry, stale, even the coffee was watery and tasteless. If you're paying more than $60, which we did grad weekend, it's a complete ripoff. This place is an absolute dump.
