Scottish Inn Sturbridge

Night manager considerately moved my room from back of the property to the front when he saw that I was a single traveler. Would stay again.

Everything was great as always. We have stayed here for years and it’s always clean and quiet.

Perfect. The flowering planters outside were a nice bonus.

Grounds were beautifully decorated with flowers, but room felt drab and outdated. Stains on the chair.

Affordable room rates, nice bathroom, well maintained

We booked 3 rooms total. One room was missing the shower curtain, two rooms had a terrible odor, two room had hair either left on the bed or in the shower (neither occupant has black hair), and the beds were hard as a rock.

It was clean and quiet.

The property is well cared for and very clean. Our room was a bit dated but perfectly functional. Staff was very helpful and provided a restaurant list that led us to a great local pizza place. Good value.

Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful. The room had two chairs but was missing a small table for eating. Luckily, we travel with a folding table. Breakfast was ok with carb heavy options. Coffee was good. It looked like they are doing some work to the front gardens. It would be nice if they put in a sitting area

This was another restful night at the Scottish Inn. I had been planning to camp but the weather had other ideas.

Very good experience at this motel. Room was very clean. King bed was comfortable. Systems (plumbing, bathroom, electrical) worked fine. Very good shower. And, our room was freshly made up every day! Can't say that about most hotels in this day and age. Completely satisfied. Will stay here again next time we're in Sturbridge.

The location was perfect for my needs .. I liked everything about this place.

This was a basic motel with basic amenities. What set it aside was the cleanliness of the property and kindness of the staff. I was grateful to stay at an affordable hotel that felt safe and welcoming. So glad I chose the Scottish Inn. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay and you are not expecting resort amenities then this is a great choice in Sturbridge.

Nothing The owner has cameras in the parking lot that face at the buildings so you can see into windows also told the owner at check in friends were meeting us there and we were all heading out once everyone showed up with in 20 mins of being there and 2 friends showing up he kicked us out with no refund and called the cops the cops said he does it all the time
