The property was very clean and the staff was friendly.

Beautiful property. Pool was good size. This is combined with Hilton Garden inn And because of this, they have two separate places for breakfast. The Garden inn one was pretty much the same except was nicer service and they had two meats for breakfast. The suites was good but did have to be warmed up on microwave.. All of it.. As just in covered dishes without heat. Other than that was very nice hotel and very clean

My stay here has always been great. Easy check in/check out. Clean & efficient rooms & amenities. I come here to clear my mind & this trip hasn’t disappoint.

Rooms & hotel are always clean when I stay here. The staff is very friendly & helpful as well. The bartender ( Susan) is down to earth & friendly as well. I always enjoy staying here & stopping by the bar to chat with her for a bit. This hotels location has always been beneficial to me & the surrounding areas that I need it for.

The staff at the desk for check in was great and helpful. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The public restrooms and building were clean and stock with personal hygiene products. The free breakfast was not kept up for the length of service hour. I got down an hour before it was to close and there was very little to choose from, when you asked the kitchen staff if they would replenish items that were out and the answer was, we did have that on the breakfast bar. Who does not have bacon on their breakfast bar? The pancake batter was out, and staff said they had filled it three times already and they fill it again? NO

Room set up and amenities were nice. Construction was taking place but were not alerted. Rooms were not ready upon check in and long wait to check in... Our room smelled like fried chicken / grease/ fried food. Hair in the shower and bars/handles falling off /broken on sink vanity. Room never cleaned and requested 4xs for clean towels and coffee. Parking was limited and having 3 handicapped individuals in our party had to park on far side of hotel. Lack of luggage carts - granted there was a family reunion taking place at the hotel but this large party of guests were "securing" carts for themselves without having rooms to check into and had taken all the carts and secured in rooms hours prior to check out time. Would have also been nice to be alerted to the large party of guests that were holding their event at the hotel as it affected the pool area, the restaurant, parking, etc. So we were unable to access amenities.

Construction noise. The room had a weird smell but was clean. Beds and pillows were too soft for my liking. Get too near edge and you fall off and head just sank in middle of pillow. Breakfast was nice.
-
Clean and nice inside Under construction, room had scaffolding outside of window
-
Nice staff. Great breakfast. Only bummer was the construction.
-
Signs for the pool said bracelets were required, but we were not given bracelets at check in and nothing was mentioned about them. Hotel is getting an exterior remodel so windows had scaffolding outside the and sheeting covering everything.
-
Nice hotel. Very good breakfast. Renovation being done limits views and light in many rooms. Ask for room on other dide
-
The smell in the room The room was dirty
-
The room was clean. Family member has extreme pet allergies. Hotel should consider sectioning off rooms for pet owner there is nothing wrong with bringing your fur babies along on trips. But, cancer patients with severe allergies should find comfort as well… or anyone who has those allergies. Section off some rooms for pet owners. For the cost($300+) of the room breakfast should be included.

A five-star hotel.

We had a great time!
-
The picture of the King room with sleeper sofa appeared in the pictures, the king room looked separated from the living room, which was why I choose this hotel. Upon entrance to the room, it was disappointing that it was not as it looked. Also I was not aware that it was 2 separate properties.

Bed was very good. Shower pressure was a low.

Clean rooms, great staff, amazing property

We came back to our hotel room one afternoon to realize there were no parking spots available. When we called the front desk we were told there was an event happening and we (the paying guest at what we thought was our home away from home) were told to park in remote parking. Essentially the event people were given priority over guests. This is not acceptable behaviour for a hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton property in the future.
