Be advised - do not stay at this property unless you're absolutely forced to. I only stayed there because all the surrounding hotels were terribly expensive for a one-night stay and this hotel was 'pet friendly'. I have stayed in some rough hotels before, but this one was absolutely terrible! My room was not cleaned. Hair in the sink, the towels were still wet (like they were not fully dried or fluffed). No soap or cups or other bathroom items were stocked. The curtain covered the window, but was half-way hanging off one end. The wifi kept dropping off every couple of minutes. I asked to be moved to a 'clean' room, but folks, it wasn't much better. The only reason I stayed was that it was late, it was storming out, and I just wanted to get some sleep and hit the road. Needless to say, I slept on top of the sheets and brought my own blanket to cover up with. I'm not sure how they stay in business.

The staff was rude. The WiFi password was invalid. When we asked for the correct password they insisted it was correct. The toilet handle was broken. In order to flush the toilet you had to lift the lid on the tank and reach into the tank to raise the lever. Breakfast was a few tangerines and those individual boxes of cereal where you opened them and poured the milk into the box. No coffee in the room or phone to call the desk for help.

Absolutely nothing. Found a massive cockroach in my room and now the guys who run the place are making it a hassle to get a refund, this place needs to be burned down.

Room was dirty, run down. It was in a sketchy area and I was worried my vehicle would be broken into. The others guests were very sketchy. The staff was nice and helpful.

The room was filthy, food all over the floor, polaroid pictures of random people hanging on the wall, car tree air freshener hanging to cover the awful stinch. The curtains were taking off the pole, towels were stained with hair on them. The outside looked like a land fill.
