Excellent breakfast! Front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, I was disappointed with my stay. The property is old and in poor condition, with spider webs throughout the hallways and even in the room. There were also moths and grasshoppers inside the hotel, which made the property feel poorly maintained. Housekeeping was very minimal and didn’t leave the room feeling clean. I expected a much better experience.

Front desk and breakfast area clean and newer. Rooms were clean but dated. Ac was cold. That’s a big plus! Was hoping to use the pool it was closed. This is the only hotel I’ve been to in the city so I’m not sure comparison on a city basis. I would stay again. Breakfast was good. Hope the pool would be open next time. Centrally located and close to other food places.

For a room that cost over $160 for one night, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I did not feel the room or the property’s condition justified the price. Our room appeared generally clean, although it was difficult to tell how clean the carpet was because it was very dark. The bathroom was outdated, and the bathtub had noticeable stains that made it feel less clean. There was also only one chair in the room, and it was heavily stained, so we chose not to use it. I was traveling with my dog and noticed an additional charge for incidentals. My dog is well-behaved, never gets on the furniture, and I always clean up after him. Unfortunately, there was dog waste elsewhere on the property, which suggests some pet owners are not being responsible. It was disappointing to see responsible pet owners paying additional fees while the property itself wasn’t being maintained as well as it should be. Another issue was that guests in a nearby room were smoking marijuana, even though this is advertised as a non-smoking hotel. The odor carried into the area where we were staying, and it seemed like the no-smoking policy was not being enforced. The ac kept blowing regular air not cold so we would have to unplug it wait for some seconds then plug it back in not fun when it was up on top of the corner of the wall definitely needs some updating

Air conditioning was loud but efficient. The room was clean & comfortable but certainly no frills. Breakfast was exceptional! Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was adequate for our needs. We enjoyed using the workout facility which had extra space for stretching and exercise. Breakfast was the basic necessities - coffee, hot bar with eggs, sausage, ham, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, and juice. It is a good stopping place on the road if you need one. It was very quiet even though it is right on the interstate. The air conditioning was hard to manage as it was a wall unit. There isn't a lot of extra space for luggage in the room. There are connecting doors to reach the lobby from the rooms which are meant to be secured and only accessible by key card, however, many of the bars securing them were broken. Unless you ensured they were closed behind you, they could remain open.

Location was good, Staff was friendly and hotel was clean Rooms need some updating looks like it’s been a while since any room upgrades have been done.

It was a pretty average hotel, front desk was nice, breakfast was good, things were clean. It got a little hot in the room, the ac was as outdated. It was a window unit in the wall and didn’t stay running to keep the temp.

Nice place to make a stop on our trip. Enjoyed the pool and great breakfast. Staff was very helpful and very courteous!

Everything was great! The only thing is the room was a bit smaller than expected. We only stayed one night, so not too big of a deal.

Fantastic Breakfast & Super Friendly Staff!

When we entered our room from a sketchy exterior stairwell that joined a back parking lot, neither of which had security cameras, it was humid and stale smelling. First pass inspection revealed: Ceramic toilet tank was shattered and ready to collapse if one were to lean on it. Lid to tank was cracked also. Tub was grimy and gray brown all over bottom and sides. Could see daylight around upper and right border of mini split wall ac unit. The plastic cover of the AC unit was HANGING OFF the main frame and you could see internal ac components. I attempted to rescue it but the metal tabs in the frame had been bent and wouldn’t mate with the cover. The plastic vents in the ac were covered in black mold spores. Disgusting!!!!! And the crown jewel… in the wall of the bathroom over the toilet, where a powered vent fan SHOULD HAVE BEEN, there was instead a louver cover to the vent dict. It was hanging crooked on wall with one screw barely in sheet rock. Exposing an open shafts with…. Animal turds! (Think raccoon or very large rat!), animal fur, feathers, and mouse droppings! I managed to put the louver grill over the square hole temporarily but it will come off with a mouse fart. The staff tries to overcome these atrocities by being overly kind but it doesn’t change the fact that this place SUCKS and is dangerous to your health and safety! AVOID!!!
