Aloft by Marriott Syracuse Inner Harbor

Check in rep “Ty” was friendly and welcoming. Space is clean, bright. Room is comfortable and well designed.

The bad: The "Aloft" appeared to me to be the lowest end Marriott that charges a high end rate. The whole setup is confusing from check-in to the horrible breakfast food that is nothing more than $8 frozen and nuked breakfast sandwiches, $4 stale cookies and $4 frozen muffins which you order from the check in desk and pickup at a window when they scream your order across the dirty lobby. We were overcharged for this so called food as well. I need to rethink booking Marriott.

The front desk attendant was exceptionally welcoming! The bathroom/"kitchen" set up was very cramped with very little counter space. Otherwise everything was great.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, nice amenities Parking is across the street, and a bit sketchy. They have cameras set up, but had a break in when we were there.

Ty was simply amazing! The hotel was fantastic. Beds super comfortable.

Our second stay overall at Aloft for CNY Pride and it was just as amazing as the first time, we had so much fun we are already planning our third stay in August for the state fair, the staff is so welcoming and the rooms are clean and cozy! Thank you all so much for the amazing stay!!

I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Hotel in New York! The hotel was modern, clean, and had such a fun atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out, making the experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and stylish, and the location made it easy to explore the city and enjoy nearby attractions. I loved the upbeat vibe and attention to detail throughout the hotel. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in NYC, I definitely recommend Aloft Hotel!

Perfectly good stay. Everything was clean and issue free. Friendly staff. Very standard experience.

Clean Mattress was not comfortable at all. Room was like living in the college dorm room.

Michelle, the manger was above and beyond amazing! My dog got burrs stuck all over him and she assisted to get the fully removed. I thought I was going to have to call an emergency vet and miss my son's graduation dinner. Life saver!

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly l. The walls are think and we could hear alot of noise in the hall and the doors are not soft closing so when people came out of the room the doors slammed shut. But I would stay there again

Whenever I’m visiting Syracuse, I stay here. It is clean and dog friendly and the price is right! I enjoy the pool and the bar and free parking.

The room was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and helpful. Would have been nice if the room had a clock and a small makeup mirror. The lamp on the desk did not work, but these were small inconveniences.
