It was our favorite hotel stay in a long time!

Clean room, kind staff, nice evening welcome reception.

Clean, Quiet, Great Staff. The GPS in that area does not work. Which ever entity is responsible should be notified.

Beautiful property! Free drinks for happy hour was a bonus plus free snacks. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but everything was great!

Breakfast was great. Location was great. Lobby and public areas were nice. Liked that we got vouchers for happy hour and appreciated the accommodation for early check in. Liked that we could have free water. The rooms were small and the pillows were uncomfortable. Room facing highway was extremely loud, could hear the cars all night. Couldn’t turn off TV in bedroom. Couldn’t find extra linens, had to wait for staff to bring it. Safe wasn’t working. Bathroom doors were very loud.

My husband and I selected this Embassy Suites because it was conveniently near the State Fair grounds....lik 8 minutes away! The hotel is very large but the decor is quite lovely. We loved the layout of our room with the separate bedroom. Breakfast was great with custom omlettes along with a variety of breads/sweets, fresh fruit, other egs, potatoes as well as coffee, tea and juices. The location of the hotel also facilitated our walking on the Onondaga Creekwalk which is phenomenal!! Would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about Syracuse!

Wonderful staff ! Everyone from the front desk staff, to the bartenders, to the breakfast staff. We didn’t realize we got two free drinks at happy hour and free breakfast… what a great deal! Room was super clean , very quiet !

The room was very nice. The free breakfast was great. The cocktail reception each night with 2 free drinks was a nice surprise. The bed was comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay there again.

Carpets in the hallway were torn and stained. Carpets in the rooms were heavily stained, room didn't feel clean at all. Only positives are location to mall and spacious rooms.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable for a quick night's stay. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! Finally, the staff were all nice and very helpful.

Great location ans breakfast

Room dirty. Hard candy stuck in carpet next to bed, under air vent also stains on floor. Ac unit was previously leaking never amended. Ac unit function poor at best which upon 10 pm check in what choice did I have in the local area. The girl at the front desk even advised us not to take the room assigned to us on the fifth floor because of lack of air.

The lobby of this hotel and the free breakfast were very good. However, the cleanliness and age of the room and furnishings is very poor. Our first room had spots on the carpet including a used bandage left on the floor. We asked to be moved to a different room. This new room had hair left on the walls of the shower, stained carpets, stains on the sofa, and a ripped mattress on the sofa bed. For the exorbitant amount of money charged for this room, we are very disappointed and do not plan on ever returning.
