The room was clean and comfortable. We received 2 coupons per adult for free drinks at the bar, which was really nice.

Beds were comfortable, but make sure you have two pillows per person because they flatten out. We loved the complimentary drinks and snacks from 5:30-7:00 and breakfast was quite good. Felt like real food. The hotel was very well located for the things we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again.

Some of the lights were not working. USB charging port was not working. Shower switch was broken. AC was fixed at 73 degree F.

Two random workers came into my room without knocking- had the wrong room. Disrespectful and RUDE workers at breakfast.

Our stay was as expected per the suite advertisement. Rug and furniture was bit run down and raggedy. Staff was not great. Man at front desk had no please or thank you in his vocabulary. Had to call front desk twice for extra supplies and again, no applogies fir that

Breakfast was quitre good. Up to Embassy Suites standard. The air conditioning in our room did not work. We called the front desk. A hotel engineer came to our room. He could not get the AC to work. He brought us a box fan to help cool our room.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, rooms were immaculate, great location. I always love staying here!

Spacious room, nice staff, convenient location. Standard breakfast fare with omelet to order. Some of the chairs in restaurant need updating, but overall very good

Great hotel.

Came here with my daughter. I felt safe and the hotel was exceptionally clean! Even the pool area felt cleaned. Every part of the room was well maintained, except for the rippling carpet, but not a big deal.

Roooms were clean and well maintained, staff was nice complementary breakfast was good. The guy making the omelettes was such a character he made the experience fun! We got 2 free drinks at the bar great touch.

Awesome place!

The breakfast was nice and the guy who makes the omelets is fun the cleanliness of the room. the first night I was walking barefoot and stepped on a small piece of glass (I assume from the previous tenant) and was bleeding. ok it can happen to anyone but generally with the use of a vacuum cleaner it would have been avoided.

Breakfast was good, but my check in was inconvenient. The front doors are locked at 11pm. So anyone trying to check in after that time has to knock to get the attention of the front desk person. When I got the attention of the desk, she points to the card reader to open the door. I don’t have a card because I haven’t check it. Need a better system.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The reception bartender and the omelette chef were absolutely incredible. Love the free cocktail reception!
