Best Western Syracuse Downtown Hotel and Suites

Syracuse has not yet figured out how to be a walkable city; although we needed to go less than a half mile, we had to walk along and over a main highway.

All staff was very friendly and accommodating! Room was clean, had a great stay. Would definitely stay here again

Clean room, good breakfast, and great location downtown.

Rooms are a bit dirty/dusty in the details: windows, floor/counter sticky, etc. some breakfast items were stale and the convenience store has extremely limited options, bring everything you may need.

Couldn't ask for better luck - The entire city was sold out, but I happened to catch a cancellation as I was standing at the counter and was given the room by the staff! Was a beautiful suite.

The shower was the highlight of our stay The ironing board was too far away from the electrical outlet. The microwave didn’t work. The refrigerator wasn’t plugged into electrical outlet.

Such friendly staff. Room was quiet and clean.

The breakfast gave many options for the pickiest eater, plus gluten free ones as well. The hotel itself was nice, with shampoo and body wash to use. Only downside was that we were told the parking lot was full, so plan on possibly needing to park in the nearby parking garages. We didn’t expect the lot to be smaller than what the hotel can accommodate.
