Best Western Syracuse Downtown Hotel and Suites

The room was small, but super clean. The bed was soft.

Couldn't ask for better luck - The entire city was sold out, but I happened to catch a cancellation as I was standing at the counter and was given the room by the staff! Was a beautiful suite.

The shower was the highlight of our stay The ironing board was too far away from the electrical outlet. The microwave didn’t work. The refrigerator wasn’t plugged into electrical outlet.

Such friendly staff. Room was quiet and clean.

The breakfast gave many options for the pickiest eater, plus gluten free ones as well. The hotel itself was nice, with shampoo and body wash to use. Only downside was that we were told the parking lot was full, so plan on possibly needing to park in the nearby parking garages. We didn’t expect the lot to be smaller than what the hotel can accommodate.

The hotel was clean. Staff were helpful. The room had everything I needed. The continental breakfast was ok.

Great location right next to the State Theatre. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Room could have been cleaner. Attention to detail is important when cleaning.

Hotel itself was fine. Check-in took 45 min (seems the computer system was extremely slow?). And didn’t sleep a wink due to engines revving on the street until 430 am. Staff was very nice and this is probably out of their control. But for that reason I would not stay here again.

I went here for the chris brown concert with my girlfriend and it was not far from the parking lot that we had to drive too. The location was right downtown so everything was within walking distance Only one single elevator for everyone to use so it was a long wait to get on.
