Best Western Syracuse Downtown Hotel and Suites

The staff was so sweet and helpful!!

It was a good location and appeared almost a hidden.

Location: proximity to good restaurants within walking distance

Terrifically convenient with helpful staff and comfortable, quiet rooms.

It's a nice place in Syracuse.

Front desk help was very friendly and helpful

Location Nothing

it is a huge and clean room. everything orderly. staff is very friendly and helpful. breakfast was sufficient. parking is available and secured. the only thing that is negative is the connecting room door. it does not seal the sound.

Receptionist Nothing

Breakfast was below average. Staff was very good. Parking was ok with about 12 spaces f you can get it before lit fills up with one handicap space.

Great location in Armory Square Had to switch room due to a bed issue

Great shower!

The room was clean just need some dusting behind the bed and sofa.

All is good but shower in the room can be improved, shower head leaks badly. Spray water all over floor could make floor slippery Location

I had a pleasant stay

Staff were great. Room was very comfortable.

We were there to see Ray LaMontagne at the OnCenter which was only a few blocks away. There were all kinds of great places to eat right around the corner. Breakfast was great and I was thrilled they had GF bagels! Price was right. We would stay again.

Overall…. Good experience.

nonthing

Reasonably priced parking. Friendly staff. Tiny room. Noisy room (some sort of device like a pump, under the sink, running 24/7) Low quality breakfast with questionable nutritional values. Lots of flaking paint & failing surfaces in the bathroom. A case of you get what you pay for, but still too expensive for what you get.
