Beautiful historical hotel. Front desk was pleasant. We only were stopping on our way to Canada.

It’s a functional three star hotel. Something for a quick stay over if you need a place to stay but not something I would stay at for multiple days. The property is very run down (holes in the sheets, thick layer of dust on the baseboards), can definitely improve cleanliness. Breakfast buffet was very weak.

The room was fantastic and the view of Syracuse from the room made it a memorable stay. The king size bed was really comfortable and the sheets and pillows smelled great and were also comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great and the shower soaps and shampoo were also great. The breakfast in the lounge was amazing. The Starbucks self serve machine was great tasting but a little slow so it can be awkward waiting for the coffee to brew. I would 100% recommend and stay there again.

Walkable distance for food and drinks. Didn’t try out the hotel bars or restaurants so unsure how they are. Room was nice, beds were comfortable but the bathroom could use some upkeep and better cleaning. Something on the walls near the toilet, toilet paper holder broken and crooked, shower needed a better cleaning and sink had issues draining. Overall we had a great stay but for the money I expected a much cleaner bathroom.

Didn’t eat the breakfast but room service was fantastic. Was a little loud in the hallway when we were trying to go to sleep.

Perfect stay for the Syracuse Half. Right near the finish line with valet parking. Awesome bars and restaurants in the hotel and within walking distance.
